Chapter 2

Micah POV

"Alright i have you off for saturday and sunday of this week, correct?" My boss asked

"Yes sir that is correct" i said as i stood up

I was pushing for time Robyn just called saying i needed to head to the airport.

As i left out i dailed Rob's number.

"Hello" she spoke into the phone

"Hey im on my way i already have my suit cases in my car"

"Alright me and dad are waiting"

"Ok see you in a bit"

I had to go say by to Crystal and Landon before i leave.

When i stepped inside they were both sitting on the couch looking at a movie.

"Ahhhhh im gonna miss you guys" i said as i fell on them dramatically

"Girl bye you're only gonna be gone for two days, besides me and landon need some alone time anyways" she said

"I think i almost threw up, but anyways i have to go before i miss my flight"

"Love you guys!" i said as i ran out the door

"Hey Mr. Hartje" i said as i handed my bags to their maid Brenda.

"Hi sweetheart, you ready to go?" he asked

"Yes sir wheres Robyn?"

"She should be upstairs grabbing the remaining things she needs" he said

"Im right here" she said coming down the stairs

"Alright well lets go and Brenda make sure no one is let in besides my mother, and oh do-"

"Im sure she knows dad lets go before we miss this flight" Robyn cut him off

As we waited it seemed to me that it wouldn't be a long flight from LA to Cleveland but i guess i was wrong. Rob was asleep her dad was informing us of what we were gonna do when we landed.

I knew what i was gonna do for the rest of the night take a nice bath and go to sleep.

The game isn't until saturday night so that gives us time to explore the city for a little while.

I planned on bringing mama back a souvenir so she wouldn't think i was being selfish by just bringing me something back, but then again maybe not because shes been to Cleveland a thousand times in her life spand so im sure she will be ok.

After i had fell asleep for what felt like 2 hours at the most. Robyn woke me up telling me we were here.

Walking off the plane with my cover and pillow i wrapped the blanket around me because i was a little chilly .

"Where are we headed dad?" she asked

"To hilton hotel to get our rooms, whatever you all want to do is fine with me" he stated

"How about some food and then after that some sleep" i said with a chuckle but was very much serious

He laughed along with me and nodded his head.

"Yea im kind of tired too, aren't you robyn?" he asked her

"Yea"

"So are you and me sharing a room or we're all getting our own?" i asked

"Sharing ima feel extra lonely if im in a big ass room by myself" she said

I laughed and looked forward as we walked to the uber.
