Run... run...run..is all I thought about. I couldn't die, at least not now anyway. I ran for what felt like 7 hours. My wolf was starting to get tired, but we couldn't stop, I was not going to let them catch me. Not again at least.
WATER.... there was water near by I could hear it. Without thinking about it I ran straight to it. A nice creek lay in front of me, my wolf was drinking like her life depend on it...... then again everyone needs water once in a while.
Foot steps..... I heard foot steps and they were 50 yards away.....25.... an now we were only inches away. My heart beat increase.. "who are you? and what are you doing here?" his husky yet deadly voice spoke out to me. "I-I didn't mean to intrude I-I......" he cut me off and said "your hurt" he said looking at my belly........ OH SHIT, I WAS NAKED IN FRONT OF 5 MEN..... he had notice my reaction and took off his shirt reveling his nice set of muscles. He gave me his shirt and I put it on quickly....." Come on I will take you to the pack house and get you some clothes"
"W-what are you going to do to me... please I didn't mean to cause any trouble"
"You can trust me sweetie... I won't hurt you" his words were almost believable.... but something about him told me to trust him.....
*A few minutes later*
As we arrive to the pack house he told the rest of the guys to go inside and prepare a room. The more I thought about it.. the more worried and scared I got. "so sweetie what's your name?" His husky voice fill the night sky. "m-my name i-is Rosa" he ran his finger through his hair and he looked down at me.... he was tall and very strong. He opened the door and took a step in..."are you going to stay out here or do you want to sleep in the room I have for you?" I looked at him and studied his huge sexy body..."umm hello" his words made my eyes snap and looked at him "umm can I sleep in the room please". He nod and put his hand in my lower back making sparks fly all over my body...... 'mate' my wolf cried. Now this was new to me... all I know about me and my wolf Rivera was that I could shift into her when I felt like it..other than that I had no clue what was going on and that word mate was new to me. I have heard it before but never really paid attention to it.
We walked in and everyone's eyes snapped at us. The way he was holding me got people attention. We went up some stairs and passed some doors. We stopped at one that was wide open. "Go on.. this is your room i'll be back in a bit to get you some clean close, ok?" I nod, and with that I was left in the room by myself and wanting to feel his hand on my body again.
