After an eventful day, you, your brother, cousin and best friend finally walked home together. You, after some talking and arguments, we're going to live with your brother and grandparents. After a while, you found out what happened to Kuroo and Kenma in their school. Kenma actually joined the volleyball club. Apparently, Kuroo has a rival named Yaku, and he was the team's libero.
After exchanging stories of each other's day, you and your brother went separate ways with Kuroo and Kenma. As you and your brother was walking home you talked about some stuff about school and life. Once you reached the house, your grandmother came and gave you and your brother a big hug. Your grandfather was in the living room watching the news while petting the family cat.
You and your brother greeted him, and you have him a small kiss on the cheek. Going up to you and your brother's room, you placed your school bag by your bed and laid down. "I missed this bed," you said to yourself as you faced the ceiling. You stood up and went to the bathroom locked the door and took a bath. After you took a bath you saw your brother already preparing you and his things to study.
Your house cat then came into the room and beckoned you and your brother to follow him. As you and your brother followed him downstairs, you heard your grandmother say dinner is ready. You bent down and patted him and said, "so you called us down to eat huh? Thanks, Mori." (A/N: yes I named the cat Mori) you went to the dining table you saw your brother filling Mori's bowl with cat food. After eating dinner, you and Keiji washed the dishes as your grandparents relax.
Once you finished you told your grandfather, who was sitting at the porch watching your grandmother, that you and Keiji were going up to study. He nodded at you and Keiji, telling you that he heard you. So you and Keiji went up to the room and studied. Once you finished studying, Keiji went to the bathroom to bathe then change. And you went to sleep, once he came out of the toilet he saw you sleeping. He went to you and tucked you in more into your bed.
After tucking you in he kissed your forehead then said, "Goodnight (Y/n)... I hope you become less reckless soon nee-chan." After that, he got onto his own bed and went to sleep.
(Time skip a few months later)
"(Y/ alvujdbdg n)-chan! Akaauhshiii!!! LET'S GOOO!!!! WE'RE FINALLY GOING TO PLAY!!!!" an overly excited Bokuto shouted at the 2 Akaashi's. Sighing at his common attitude the two and the rest of the team follow Bokuto going in the stadium. "Bokuto-san please calm down," said Keiji as he followed Bokuto toward the court. "But I'm so PUMPED!!!!" replied the loud owl jumping up and down. While Akaashi was left to deal with Bokuto, the rest of the team started preparing.
The other teams were observing Fukurodani were judging the poor owl. "That's the captain of Fukurodani? Wow, he can't even keep his calm." "Yeah seeing how excited he is for this probably means he's just a newbie" you heard from other teams. So obviously you asked the coach to call the team together. Once everyone was in front of you, the managers, and the coach, you began your lecture.
"Alright everyone, since we came here I can't help but listen to some conversations. Lot's of them were about how weak they think our team is. So obviously we'll prove them wrong, so when we do our warm-ups keep your strengths at low. Especially you Bokuto-senpai." you said to everyone.
Bokuto hearing you tell him to weaken his spikes wasn't happy but nodded anyway. "We'll pretend to do some bad receives, serves, spikes and tosses. Thus causing the teams to underestimate us, which is good because...?" "They'll never see us coming" the team muttered under their breaths finishing your sentence.
"Exactly..... coach?" you said proudly, afterward giving the coach the spotlight. "Just as Akaashi-chan said, surprise them during the game and not before. And before you know it, we'll be breezing through to nationals. Now go do your best out there!" "Yes Coach!" the whole team and even the managers shouted.
"Alright! Guys go do some warm ups!!" You and the other managers said while preparing their water bottles, towels, and volleyballs.
~Time skip game time!~
Bokuto and the opponent's team captain were called to see which team serves first. After a while, Bokuto came back smiling, "We're serving first!" He said. Everyone gathered around the coach, waiting for instructions. "Saruki, start with a basic beginners serve. Konoha once the ball comes to our side immediately bring it to Akaashi-kun. Once Akaashi can set the ball, Bokuto gives them a strong spike." coach said while you and the other manager's went beside coach to each also give their words of advice.
"Do your best everyone!" they both said as they smiled brightly to the team. Determination on their faces, they looked towards you for any other tips and warnings. You looked at them proudly and said, "Just stick to coach's plan and remember.... give them a surprise of their life." Nodding in agreement to your words they did a quick cheer, and walked towards the court.
You, the managers, and the coach looked proudly as you all watched the team go towards the court. "will the plan work?" Asked one of the managers. While watching them greet the opponents, Coach then said, "I'm very certain that this plan would work. Considering that we told them to give everyone a surprise of a lifetime." You and the other managers looked at the coach, then back to the boys in awe.
"Well, I guess it's also thanks to (y/n)-chan! She did help with the new strategies for the team!" Your senpai said smiling. "Yeah, I guess she could be somewhat like a co-coach." Your other senpai said as they looked at you. You were focusing on watching the guys, you didn't hear their short conversation. You gave a small sneeze and thought, 'I feel like someone's talking about me...'
