Dimensiokinesis- The ability to manipulate dimensions.
In other words....They can create, manipulate and generate dimensions. They can create a dimension, which is kind of like a portal, to anywhere they want it to be. They can create a sparkly hole in front of themself, jump in, and the place they land in can range from the other side of the room to a whole different continent. Advanced users have teleportation, portal creation, and pocket dimension creation. They can also create windows of sorts so they can view what is going on in other dimensions without the inhabitants of that dimension knowing. So they can pretty much spy on them. They also have dimensional awareness which means they know what is going on in other dimensions, like if there is an attack on a certain dimension, they will know if there is about to be an attack on another dimension too. They can also imprison an enemy in between dimensions, or in another dimension where there is no one with the ability to release them. They also have dimensional constructs which is the ability to construct buildings, weapons, armor, etc. using dimensional energy. People with this ability are called Dimensiokinetics.
