Is This Love? (Hiatus)

Chapter 2

RING!!!

The sound of the school bell went off signaling that it's time for lunch.

"Finally its lunch time, I don't know how much longer I could have stand listening Mr. Dell" groaned Amy as she left her third period class and went towards the area where her locker is located to put away her textbooks and grab her iPod.

Now with her backpack with her book and lunch inside it Amy turned on her iPod, put on her headphones and putting the iPod on shuffle headed upstairs to the roof where she usually go to be alone and just read and enjoy her lunch in peace.

"Idiots it's quite obvious she's the one that killed her own husband!!" Amy yelled at the book she was reading, a crime mystery book from her favorite author. "Urgh I hate how its sometimes obvious who did the crime but it takes nearly the whole book for the killer to be revealed" finishing her PB & J, Amy put away her book to get ready for class as lunch was about to end.

While on her way to her next class someone called out to her. "Hey Amy!!" Amy turns to the person who called out to her to come face to face with Princess, the school's head cheerleader and not to mention Jackson's girlfriend. 'I wonder what she wants, I'm really not in the mood to deal right now, considering what happened this morning' Amy thought as Princess approaches her with a look that looks like she's ready to kill someone. "You have a lot of explaining to do, cabbage head" 'Cabbage head!? What is with all the weird hair insults today? ' thought Amy as she answers back "excuse me?"

"Stop playing dumb! You know exactly what I'm talking about."

"Um no I don't and I would appreciate it if you would leave me alone today and by the way the circus called they want you on tonight".

"For someone trying to steal another girls boyfriend you have a pretty smart mouth, I'll watch what I say if I were you"

"Huh what are you talking about?"

"Cut it out I saw you today talking to Jackson and if I were you I would stay away from him if you know what's coming to you" Princess threaten as she walked passed Amy bumping into her shoulder as she left.

'I wonder what kind of trouble I got myself into now' Amy thought to herself as she continued on her way to her class.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ AFTER SCHOOL ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 

With the sun half way down the sky Amy hurried to reach back home before nightfall.

"Stupid teacher for making me stay back late" mumbles Amy mad at the reason why she was rushing to get home. As she was walking she realized how there weren't much people on the street, as she realized this she thought she heard the sound of footsteps behind her. Turning around and saw no one Amy thought it was just her mind playing tricks on her.

As the sun sets lower the sound of the footsteps seem to be getting louder and closer at every step she took. Amy looked over her shoulder a little and saw a dark figure following close behind her. Now feeling a sense of dread Amy went into a full out running session trying to lose the person following her.

'Why me, why now!?' thought Amy trying to think of a way to lose the person following her or find somewhere to hide from the figure without the figure seeing.

'Maybe I could hide in that alley' thought Amy heading into a nearby alley.

With the sun already gone and darkness taking over Amy hoped that she could lose the person if she ran deeper into the alley. Now in a corner in the alley Amy stood still trying to see or hear anything to know if she is safe now. 'Is...is he gone' Amy thought trying to see anything in the darkness. "Huh?" feeling something hit her on her head Amy looked up at the now dark and cloudy sky. The moon that was out was getting covered by clouds making it hard to see. It then started raining

Faint sounds of footsteps were heard through the rain

"Come out come out wherever you are. Its ok I just want to play"

Amy tried to back further into the darkness of the alley corner to not be seen. 'Please don't let him see me' but it seems that luck wasn't on her side as the man starting walking towards her direction seeming to have seen her through the darkness "looks like I found you. Not a bad hiding place you got there, wanna know doll face?" Amy had to find all the strength she could find to answer even though she just want to kick the man in the shin and ran away but she couldn't because she didn't know how much stronger the man was than her and didn't want to also risk her life.

"Wh- why is it?"

"because nobody would be able to hear you scream from all the fun I'm going to have you doll face" scared Amy tried to escaped and screamed out for help but couldn't as he had a strong hold on her and also had her mouth covered with his hand.

"Now if you be a good girl and let me have my fun I just might go easy on you doll face" the man said as he started trailing his hand on her leg.

'Please anybody, help me' Amy thought as her eyes started drifting down feeling cold and faintish.

The sound of someone hitting the ground was heard. "Huh?" no longer feeling a hand on her leg Amy tried to keep her open to see what happened but was too cold and weak to, as her eyes were about to close she caught a glimpse of the person who saved before she completely blacked out.

"Jack...son?"
