Catching sight of the unexpected spectator over Jackson's shoulder, Amy tried using as much of her strength to free herself from Jackson's grip but only to come unsuccessful. Despite having Jackson's leg in between hers, she lift her left leg gently pushing her knee against Jackson and moving her head back away from Jackson's face, panting, Amy tried to tell him of the person behind him. "Jack-Jackson...there's some...someone behind you".
"Wha-?"
"Jackson...What's going on?"
Looking behind him to meet the owner of the voice, his eye widen slightly in shock. "Anna. What are you doing back home so early?"
"Candy and I finished our project early so I decided to return home a little early. So, um...may I ask who she is, Jackson" with Jackson distracted, Amy took this chance to free herself from Jackson. Pushing Jackson away from her, Amy ran to the other side of the kitchen.
"That was not cool, Jackson!" Amy stated glaring at Jackson wiping her mouth. Ignoring her Jackson turn his attention back to his sister. "Geez at least announce your presence next time, Anna. Anyways, Anna this is Amy, Amy this is my little sister, Anna."
"Hi. Nice to meet you, Anna" Amy said turning her eyes away from glaring at Jackson.
Slightly confused she replied "um yeah. Nice to meet you too, Amy." head slightly tilted she also asked "so, is she your new girlfriend, Jackson?"
"What?! No!" Amy exclaimed to Anna with a shocked expression. "He-he's just a friend"
"Yup. Just friends...with benefits" Jackson said with a smirk on his face and his right arm over her shoulder. "Damn it! Stop messing around, Jackson" she turned to glare at him but ended up seeing the side of his face as he had turned his head to the other side ignoring her, once again.
"Ok then. You have one weird friend there, big bro. Anyways, I'll be in my room if you need" and with a salute to her brother and Amy, she went upstairs to her room.
Shoving his arm off her shoulder and keeping a calm expression on her face, she grab his face making him face her "first of all, what the hack was that for Jackson? And secondly, did you forget that you have a girlfriend who, I may remind, will have my head if she were to find out what you did to me a few minutes ago" with a poker face he replied "What? It was nothing but a harmless tease, Amy" resting his hand over hers "and I didn't know you thought of me as a friend. Seems like I've gotten on your good side". Removing her hand from his face "yeah...sure. Whatever helps you sleep at night"
Making her way out the kitchen with Jackson following her, she said to him "anyways I believe I've abused my stay here so if you can so kindly point me to the direction of where my clothes are, I can get out of your way and back to my house". "Hmm sure, whatever" he replied pointing towards the bathroom at the end of the hall. "Your clothes are in the dryer and do not hesitate to call me if you need help" he said with a teasing smile, entering the living room and taking a seat on one of the couches. "Thank you for your kind cooperation but I'm sure I'll be just fine without your help" and with that Amy went upstairs to the bathroom to change back into her clothes.

"Care to tell me why the hell it's taking you a century to change into your clothes!" Jackson yelled upstairs, getting tired and wondering what was taking Amy so long. Opening the door with a slam, Amy stood there with an 'I could care less' expression with her backpack over her shoulder, she went down the steps to meet an angry, impatient Jackson. "Well sorry for wanting to make sure I had everything and that my hair doesn't look like something died in it" Amy said with her hands on her hips. "Well it doesn't seem like you did a very good job with that" Jackson replied back with a smirk. "Why you little..." not wanting to start an argument Amy walked past Jackson and head towards the front door.
"Hey, wait up! I'll drive you back to your house" grabbing his car keys, he met Amy at the door. "Huh? Are you sure? I mean I'll be just fine catching a bus back home" Not wanting to trouble more and to finally get away from his crazy teasing.
"The sooner you get home the better, okay?" without waiting for a reply, he went out the door, straight to his car.

The drive to Amy's house was silent and awkward. Neither Jackson nor Amy knew what to say right now. Looking out the window of the passenger seat, Amy thought over everything that happened from yesterday evening in the ally to this morning in the kitchen. 'Everything went by so fast. First that dude attacking me in the ally then waking in Jackson's bed and him trying to get in my, well his pants at the time. That kiss in the kitchen and then his sister witnessing it. Thankfully it wasn't his mother or I wouldn't know how to explain situation that to her. Despite all that I'm super grateful for Jackson saving me back in the ally. If he haven't happened to be there I might've been a goner after that dude was done with me' remembering the feel of the stranger's hand on her leg caused a shiver down her spine. Another thought came to her 'I wonder why Jackson was there. I mean I don't think he lives in my neighborhood....right?' looking around her surrounds she can confirm that.
"Penny for your thoughts" Jackson asked noticing the faraway look on her face and also not standing the silence much longer. Snapping out of her thoughts at the sound of Jackson's voice. "Huh? Oh...Um it's nothing" Amy replied. Stopping at a red light Jackson turned half his attention to her. "You sure about that?"
'Why do you care' Amy thought but decided against her better judgment to not say that out loud. "Well...I was just wondering about something" Amy said turning to look at the road in front of her. "And turn a left at that corner"
The green light appeared. "Well go ahead. I won't bite" deciding to let the cat out of the bag, Amy turn her attention to Jackson "I was just wondering what you were doing when you showed up at the ally. It doesn't seem like you're from my neighborhood"
Turning at the corner "nothing much. Was just taking a stroll after breaking up with little Miss head cheerleader" "wait what?!" shock, Amy couldn't help but look at Jackson almost like he was crazy. "But wait that doesn't explain why you were there at the ally. You don't seem to be from this neighborhood"
"I lost track of time, it got dark and I kinda lost my way. I was passing by an ally and I heard some strange noises. Curiosity got the best of me and I went to investigate" Jackson answered.
"Never thought Mr. Popular would have no sense of direction"
"Ha ha, very funny, seaweed head"
"If I were you I would refrain from calling me that"
Slowing down a little "so which way next?"Jackson ask looking at her "straight ahead to that light gray coloured house and you still haven't answered my first question. Did you just said you broke it off with the devil queen herself?" Amy replied still shock from that bit of information. "Yeah. Something wrong with that? We're here by the way" parking in the driveway Jackson turn his full attention to her. "What no...no. Sorry was just bit shock at that, I mean you guys were like the school's number 1 couple after all" rubbing the back of her green streaked head. "Yeah well things weren't working so I saw no reason to keep dating her"grabbing her backpack from the back seat and handing it to her "and now that I know where you live I guess I can pass by more often to see you" he said with a smirk. "Don't you even try Jackson. I'll just have no choice but to call the cops on you" Amy said exiting the car with one last glare to Jackson. "I'll like to see you try with your hands above your head"
'Why did he have to remind me of that ' Amy thought unlocking the front door. "See you on Monday, seaweed head" Jackson said with one last laugh, leaving the driveway. "Would you not call me that?!" with that she slammed the front door shut.
