ASHLEY'S POV*
well, it's been five years since that pregnancy test and a lot has happened. me and sammy got married and we have a little girl, kaci mae wilkinson. she's honestly so adorable and i'm so thankful to have her and sammy in my life. sammy and skates rapping career has grown.a lot. they're all over the radio and they have a lot of international fans. right now sammy's on tour with skate and i stay at home with kaci.
"mommy" i hear from across the couch "yea baby" i said going up to kaci "you're phone is ringing" she said handing me my phone since she was playing on it
"hello" i said into the phone "hey babe" i heard a male voice and a smile grew on my face "hey sam" i said smiling. god i missed his voice. since he never had time, we usually don't have a lot of time to talk. "how are you" he asked "honestly, sad. i miss you. i miss your laugh. i miss your hugs. i miss your kisses. i miss your touch. i miss you" i said almost crying but holding it in "well babe, then open the door".
i got up to go to the front door and saw sammy standing there with his bags in his hands. he dropped his bags as i jumped into his arms, teardrops soaking his shirt. "the past 8 months have been hell without you." he said into my hair "daddy" i heard kaci yell as she hugged onto his legs. i jumped down and pointed at sams shirt "sorry" i said wiping under my eyes "its ok babygirl" he said engulfing me in another hug. it was only 5:30 and it was only 3 hours until kaci had to go to bed.
"ya'll wanna go get some ice cream" i said smiling "YEA" kaci said yelling "ok let me go ask daddy" i said going upstairs to see him unpacking his things "hey me and kaci are going to get some ice cream, you wanna come?" i asked "yea" he said smiling. i looked down and i really didn't care what i was wearing out: black leggings, grey hoodie, black flip flops. i looked back at sammy and saw the usual airport outfit: grey t-shirt, black sweats, black yeezys.
"you ready?" i asked swooping up kaci into my arms "yea" she said smiling her precious smile. as i was grabbing my keys i heard sammy jogging down the stairs "you guys ready?" he asked kissing my cheek "yea lets go" i said placing kaci on my hip, walking out the door

as i unbuckled kaci from her seatbelt, i heard sammy close the drivers side door.
"here i'll grab her" he saod scooting me out of the way as kaci smiled at him. he grabbed her out of her seat and put her on his back.
"LETS GOOOO" kaci yelled pointing her finger at the ice cream place as me and sammy giggled at her remark.
we walked in and the lady behind the counter smiled at us "hi welcome to top it off, how are you?" she said as we walked up to "good" i said smiling at her as we grabbed our cups.
after we got all of the things we wanted we sat at the indoor tables and started eating. "you know what sammy?" i asked "what babygirl" he said looking up from his frozen yogurt "you're the best thing that ever happened to me" i said smiling
