Chapter 6

While Karma was out at the school, for whatever reason, I decided how I was going to confess to Karma. Its definitely not gonna be easy but its worth a shot.
"I am in love with you! No, that's to straight forward, I need to make it more meaningful." I said pacing around his room.
I flopped down on the bed pushing my face into the pillow letting out a scream. How the hell did Okuda do this so easily? I rolled off the bed to go downstairs.
"Maybe the TV will help me get an idea."
An hour passed and Karma was still not back, I started to get a little worried but then I remember he said I could call him. I ran upstairs to grab my phone an quickly typed in his number.
Ringing noise ringing noise
"hel-hello? Just kidding. Sorry I'm not here right now please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible, bye!" I laughed a little at the voice mail but I was beginning to get more worried, so I left a message.
"Hey Karma, its Nagisa. Um, I was just wondering if everything was ok and if you'll be back soon, sorry to bother you, see you later." I face palmed myself after sending the voice mail.
I went back downstairs to the TV, I still didn't have a plan to tell Karma. Maybe I should just be straight forward.

I heard the door open and closed.
"I'm back!" Karma shouted not knowing I was downstairs
"welcome back." I said standing up to walk towards him.
"so what happened?"
"they called me down for nothing I walked all the way there for absolutely nothing" he said worn out.
"well that sucks" I replied
"anyways, what about the thing you were saying earlier?" I shook a little at that, I still didn't have a plan to tell him.
"pshhh that, its nothing man."
"now I know something up, whenever you add 'man' to something I know its important."
"but seriously its nothing, hey look wheel of fortune is on why don't we watch that?"
"Nagisa why don't you just tell me? Can't you not trust me?" I froze. What do I do know?
"No, no I do trust you its just.. I don't want you to think I'm weird or anything." I quickly said.
"why would I think your weird?"
"be-because... I'm in love with you!" I blurted out.
"that's it? I thought it was something like life death."
"it feels like life death." I mumbled back.
"but why would you think that would make me think you weird?"
"because we are both guys, guys that are friends, and I don't know..." he looked at me slightly confused before putting both his hands on my cheeks.
"Listen, your not weird. I think its good yea told me, just don't doubt yourself or you'll regret it, ok" before I could reply I felt something warm on my lips, it was Karma.
My eyes widened. Was this really happening? Was I dreaming?
After a little Karma pulled back.
"I guess that's my reply to that" he said sticking his tongue out with a smile. I smiled a little too.
"wait, does this mean... We're dating or is it something else?" I have always been bad with these types of things, especially when I saw it on TV I could never really comprehend what happens.
"Yes" a devilish and sweet look appeared on his face. I was still a little confused but whatever. I couldn't help but smile. I stood on my toes and kissed Karma's cheek. He turned a bright red again. I laughed lightly, I hugged him.
"thank you Karma."
"for what?" he replied
"for everything, your always been there for me, so yea"
We continued to hug in silence.
"I'm happy." Karma said breaking the silence.
"yea, me too" I replied hugging him a little tighter.
