I'm laying in bed when I get a text

Open you're window

It was levi

Just do it....lol

Ok

I go to my window and open it. All of the sudden I hear someone climbing up. It was levi, I wonder what he wants.

"Hi chlo" he says.

"I thought I say you drive away" I say.

"I did, then I drove back, I didn't want tonight to end."

"Fine come in" I laugh.

He climbs over and falls on his butt.
I couldn't help but laugh.

"You alright?" I ask.

"Yeah."

"Ok be quiet, my dad's asleep" I say.

"Alright" he says.

"So why are you here in the first place?" I ask.

"Like I said, I don't want this night to end" he says. He looked like something was wrong.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing" he says.

"No tell me levi" I demand.

"Ok, but don't tell anyone" he said.

"Promise."

He pulls up his sleeves and I see the scars.

"Levi, why didn't you tell me this at first?" I ask.

"It's because of my parents fighting about me, it hurts me and this gets rid of my pain" he says

"No its not, you can text me and come over anytime, and I'll take care of you" I say.

"Really?"

"Yeah that's what friends are for" I say.

"Oh."

"I mean friends for now" I say blushing. "Levi, I like you too."

"But you only just met me" he says.

"You make me feel happy, not like I wasn't before, more happy" I say.

He leans to give me a kiss and I take it. We stop two brief seconds later. I didn't want to but, my dad was upstairs.( p.s she has a room in the basement)

"I should leave" he says.

"I don't want you too, but yeah" I say.

"Goodnight chlo" he says. He kisses me on the cheek.

"Goodnight."

I wake up the next morning. I smell sausage from the kitchen, the kitchen vent leads to my room for some reason.
I walk up still very tired and sure enough dad is cooking. Which he was suprisingly good at.

"Goodmorning dad" I say.

"Morning sweety."

"Breakfast smells nice" I say.

"Yeah, it's almost done" he says.

"Dad, I've got a doctor's appointment today, wanna come?" I ask.

"That would be great,by the way I have something to tell you" he says.

"What's that?"

"Uncle mark is coming to town" he says.

"Dad I know he isn't really your brother" I say.

"I know, you used to call him that" he says.

"I know, when?" I ask.

"Two days" he says.

"Cool."

"Anyway, let's eat so we can go" he says.

"Yeah."

Later

We are now on our way to the doctors. As you probably guessed, it's dad's first time going to one of them. You're probably guessing who used to take me too, it was hailey, she is of course 16.
Anyway he pulls into the parking lot, and we both get out.

"Could you probably not go in this time" I say.

"Of course, maybe someday though" he says.

"Yeah, one day."

I walk up to the counter and wait for nurse Connor look up. She finally looks up and smiles.

"Chloe, wait it that your dad over there?" She asks.

"Yeah, anyway is Dr. Noland ready" I say.

"Yes, she's been waiting" she says.

"Ok, thanks."

I walk down the familiar hallway. Dr. Noland's office was all the way at the end.
I knock on the door and I hear her say come in.

"Chloe, how have you been" she says.

"Good."

"Any problems?" She asks.

"No, I've actually met someone though" I say.

"Oh and who might that be?"

"Levi carpenter" I say.

She looked shocked.

"Um you ok?" I ask.

"Um do you know my maiden name?" She asked.

"No, why?"

"It's carpenter" she says.
