Ice-Cold

Summer!

I'm now two months old, i can walk, i can run, i can jump, i can do anything! well... apart from annoy my father, he is very... what's the word... Odd? Strange? anyway yeah, it's Summer! whatever that is.... Everyone seems to be excited about it anyway, something strange happened! My brothers Panther and Bear, disappeared yesterday, these people came to get them and they haven't returned! I must find them! I must..! ....well...... i don't exactly like my brothers... meh, they will be finnne.I walk into a room in the house, oh yeah, forgot to say. I sleep in the house now. "Hey Mum" I said as I walked into the room. "Where is everyone?", My mother turned around. "What do you mean dear?", I stare at her like she is crazy, "there is like No one here mum" I reply, she looks down and it looks like she is sad but she looks happy too, "Uh, they went, to.. the vet dear", I smile and waddle away, i turn and say "Oh, that makes sense", I Walk through the cat flap to go outside, the grass is wet on my paws, i feel the breeze on my body, I see my friend, Daisy, such a classical name for a cow... I know. I trot over to her and chase her about, it's so much fun!, I got a bit mucky though, I walk back to the house, Grass stains all over my socks. I jump on the couch, The fabric is soft and warm. I lay my head on my legs and close my eyes... "EVVA! GOD GET OF THE COUCH YOU MUTT" My ears rise and my eyes open, she comes up to me and taps my butt, I jump of the couch and she stands and stares at me like she is going to murder me. She grabs my Scruff and picks me up, I whine and struggle. She puts me outside and i drop to the floor with a thud. I whimper and shake... I scratch at the door and bark, again and again. I look around and walk over beside a tree, I lay down as it starts to rain. I shiver as the rain hits me, i close my eyes and settled in for another cold night.

*NEXT DAY*

Evva heard voices, I opened my eyes and seen my human, She was talking to a guy, his truck was full of other dogs, they all looked different.They were so quiet it was unbelievable, that many dogs, i would of thought they would be barking but uh anyway, I sat and stared, they were handing over something, I don't exactly know but my name was called, I tilted my head and my ears pointed up. "Evva! Here!" I stood up and ran over, she needed me, something had happened! I got there and she smiled and stroked me "She okay for you?" The man touched my head and felt my body, He was pulling my fur and i growled a little, he tapped my nose and hushed me. I sat and stared at him. "She'll do" he said, "I'll pick her up in a month or so" He got in his car and started it, he reversed and drove of. Evva looked at her human, she looked confused. She growled at Her human, and walked away. "Evva" I kept walking until I heard "Evva!!" I turned and looked at her, I was still soaking wet from the rain last night. I went inside and was about to sit on the couch but then I remembered what happened the other night, I walked to my bed and laid there.
