Chapter 2 Oh no...

After the bright, golden light faded away, I woke up... UNDERWATER.

Huh?! Why the heck am I underwater??

I slowly got out of the bed with a fuchsia bedspread, electric blue blanket, and deep purple pillows. I neatly put them back the way they should. While doing so, I saw I had a tail, with scales.

What the heck?!

I slowly swam to the long mirror at the side of the room and gasped.

My medium length dark brown hair with golden highlights changed to long, flowing, wavy, fuchsia hair. My brown eyes are now a deep purple. And I got electric blue Meif'wa ears. That's not the only part, the tail is fuchsia, cascading down to a deep purple, and an electric blue. It's the same with the mermaid bra. I also have a dangling earring that looks like a cat as well as a shark tooth at my side.

Wondering why I am like this, and where Kat and Madi are, I realize something.

Oh. My. Gosh. I am my OC for MCD! I'm GlamCat! This is shortly before the Fi'niki came to attack! Oh no... is this bad? WELL DUH!!!! OF COURSE THIS IS BAD!!!!! I AM LITERALLY IN THE WORLD OF MINECRAFT DIARIES!

Now knowing what's going on. I know that I go downstairs for breakfast. I swim down and smell clams. Of course. Well, I am GlamCat now, literally, so I like it.

I see my adoptive mermaid parents eating their clams. They saw me swim in, "GlamCat!" My adoptive father Oceanus exclaimed, "Come and eat breakfast!" I smiled and nodded. I took my place at the table and wolfed down my clams.

"I'm going to go get the mail." I said to them and swam outside. I saw the messenger arrive just as I got out,

"Miss Glam! I got a letter for you!" The hyper hippocampus said motioning to his pouch on his back. I carefully opened it and grabbed the letter addressed to me and closed it again, "See you!" and he swam off.

I walked back inside and Oceanus asked me, his eyebrows raised, "Only one letter? That's surprising. Who's it for?"

"The hippocampus said it was for me." I replied opening the letter and taking out the parchment and read to myself.

Dear GlamCat,

I am so sorry for not being there for your life, I couldn't contact your mother without her getting punished. And I didn't know about the whole "running away" thing until two years ago. I tried to find your address but I couldn't until now.

That's not the reason for this letter. The Fi'niki are attacking all the mermaid kingdoms. They have teamed up with the Shadow Knights to kill us. They are going to burn us, curse us, and hold us royalty as hostage. All mermaid princesses are to evacuate the kingdoms and go on land.

This includes you, run away now. I want you to escape this. I don't want you to suffer.

I was speechless. I think Oceanus noticed how much I was in shock. I, of course, acted speechless because I am not actually GlamCat, wait, I am, but at the same time, I'm not. UGH THIS IS SO FREAKIN CONFUSING!!!

"GlamCat...? Is something wrong?" He carefully asked. I know what I am supposed to say next,

"Read the letter, I'm gonna be packing." I said handing it to him and swimming upstairs.
