12. Chapter 12

We arrived for dinner to the table but they were already finished. I saw how Nathan's mother cleared the dishes away from the table, Nathan's father was reading the newspaper at a dinner table and Nathan's sister also helped her mother to bring dishes the kitchen then Nathan's mother saw us coming up the kitchen and she smiled at us.

"Oh! Here you are, my dear children." Nathan's mother called us with smile her face and Nathan walked to her mom then she hugged him maternally. I stand away from a little bit and I saw how Nathan's sister walked at me and stands next to me.

"So, Are you and my brother are between something?" She asked to me with excitingly tone and I looked down with smiled. I felt embarrassed in front of her, since she asked in the awkward question of my hand.

"No, there's nothing between us. I just came from his company work. I'm his new secretary." I told to her then I looked at Nathan and Nathan's sister looked at me. She know I looked at his brother then she smiled herself.

"Well, I see how he looked at you even I did notice how he watched you when we eat dinner. Phoebe, I'd notice everything, even the love of first sight. He has a crush on you, even though he's afraid to admit it. I have never seen my brother so not to see any woman, as he looks at you now. It is clear that he is in love with you and I think you're in love with him also." Danielle told to me with smile her face and she looked at me as same time I looked at Nathan then I notice that Nathan looked at me also with smile his face and I smiled back at him. "In advance, when talking about his former girlfriend to me, and dad did not like her. Mom tried to make a good face in front of her but I think she also did not like her. But you I like you and our parents also like you because you are not like my brother others girlfriends." Danielle said to me and I looked at her then I saw how Nathan walked towards us.

"Phoebe?" he called me for my first name now and I looked up him. "Come! I'll take you home. Your parents certainly been worried about you." Nathan said to with serious tone and he grabs my hand then he leads me to the door side suddenly he stopped and looked me. "Wait here! I'm going to tell my parents that we were going away." He tells to me with serious tone still and walked away to say goodbye his parents suddenly I saw how Danielle walked front of me.

"See you next time then, Phoebe." Danielle said to me with smile face and I smile back then I put my jacket on and took my bag from my hand. "Do you want go out with me sometime like friends, Phoebe? because we just moved here, and Nathan is a very controlling person towards me, but then at least I have one friend with whom to go out." Danielle asked to me with big smile her face and i looked at her with smile her face back. Danielle seems so nice, kind, beautiful and good person just like my brother teddy needs a girlfriend side him not like her current girlfriend Rachel who i don't like not at all maybe I'll take my brother and Danielle together somehow. This is my little plan.

"Sure I want go out with you and we can be friends, Dani." I told to her with smiled face and then she hugged at me and I hugged her back with smile my face suddenly I saw Nathan coming toward us.

"Are we going to go, Phoebe? I said goodbye to my parents already." Nathan said to me with looked at my eyes and I nod to him only. We hugged once more with Danielle and also I said goodbye to her parents by I waved to them. Nathan walked outside and waiting for me suddenly I saw how Nathan's mother comes out with a basket white bread.

"Phoebe! Please, this is for you and your family." Nathan's mother said to me with smile her face and gives me the basket with bread rolls, and I'll take it into my own hand then we hugged each other and she smiled at me then I went to the car and Nathan made for me in the car door already open. I was sitting inside and he put the door off when, he was sitting next to me.
