Lucas Imagine

Lucas's POV:
Looking for bugs is my favorite hobby of all!

Although I don't like to kill them, I like to observe.

They're beautiful. I don't like it when people hurt them. That hurts me too.

One day, I was looking at bugs (as usual) in the woods.

There were beautiful ladybugs and crickets. I started walking around the forest when I came across someone. "Hey watch-" I said. I looked up and realized it was a girl.

"Yeah, sorry I didn't mean to." She said looking up. "Don't be." I smiled. "I'm Y/N." She said. "I'm Lucas." I said.

"Nice to meet you, Lucas." She smiled.

I got lost looking in her beautiful eyes.

"Uh, so what are you doing out here?" She asked. "Just observing bugs." She said. I jumped. "Me too!" I said. "Really?! Cool!" She grinned. "Yeah. I don't like killing them though." I said. "Same here. They're part of nature." She said.

We both sat down and started talking about bugs. Our favorite kinds, the ones we try to find and all that jazz.

"Hey, I have to go. I'll see you later." I said.
"Wait, have I seen you in school before?" Y/N asked. "Oh yeah. You go to my English class right?" I asked. "Yeah! You sit next to Daina Heights?" She asked.

"Yup." I smiled.

"Oh, I sit next to Brian Dowey." She said.

"Maybe tomorrow we can sit in the back corner together!" I said. She smiled. "I'll like that." She said. "Great." I said. She smiled again.

Man, that smile was the most beautiful smile I Have ever seen in my whole life.

"So, I'll see you tomorrow." I said, standing up.
"Alright. See ya!" She said. I nodded and smiled. I walked away.

Y/N's POV:
Lucas is such a cutie. He's kind of like me. He likes bugs. I like bugs. I couldn't wait to see him the next day.

~~Monday~

The only thing I liked about today was that I was going to see Lucas!

I grabbed my things, got on my bike and went to school.

I walked in feeling all awkward. I went to my locker to put my things in.

The bell rang a few minutes later.

It was time for English, first period.

Time to sit with Lucas! I walked to class. I found Lucas sitting in the corner.

He saw me and gestured me to come towards him. I smiled and walked over to him. "Hey." I said putting my bag down. "Hi." He said smiling at me. "Okay class turn in your homework." The teacher said walking in.

"Here, I'll take your homework up for you." Lucas offered. "Thanks but you don't have to." I said shaking my head.
"Anything for a fellow bug lover." He chuckled. I grinned. "Okay." I smiled.

I gave him my homework and he walked up to Mrs. Reynolds's desk.

Lucas's POV:
Y/N gave me her paper. I felt our fingers touch a little and that made me happy. I think I have developed a crush on her.

I walked up to Mrs. Reynolds's desk. "Here you go." I said. "Thank you Lucas." She smiled.

As I was walking back to my seat, a girl screamed. "Alright. Who screamed?!" Mrs. Reynolds screamed.

"BUG!!" The girl, Charlotte yelled. I got excited and ran to the bug.

"Shhhh, you'll scare the bug!" I said to Charlotte. "Kill it! It's gross!" She yelled. "No I will not. Y/N come here!" I said.

She smiled and walked over to me. "What kind is it?" She asked. "It's a Locusta migratoria, or also known as the migratory locust. Man, these are very rare." I said petting the bug.

"Awe, he's so cute!" Y/N said. "Lucas, Y/N, take that bug out!" Mrs. Reynolds yelled.

Me and Y/N went outside to take out the bug.

"Y/N can I tell you something?" I said. "Sure." She smiled.

"First, can you hold the bug for a second?" I asked.

She nodded and took the bug into her hands. I took out the flower crown I made for her. "I made you this." I said smiling. "Awe Lucas. Thank you!" She smiled. I smiled back.
"Put it on." I said.

She nodded and put it on. She look beautiful with it.

"Wow." I said. She blushed. "What?" She chuckled. "You look... beautiful ." She blushed.

"I guess," She said. "So what's the thing you wanted to tell me?" She asked.

"Oh yeah. Um... I kind of have a crush on you." I said blushing. I felt lump in my throat.

"Really?" She asked. I nodded.

"I like you too Lucas." She smiled. I smiled back. I blushed and bit my lip.

I kissed her quickly on the cheek. She smirked and blushed. "Should uh, we get back to class?" I asked.

"Yeah." She said getting up. But first she put the bug in the grass and walked over to me.
"Let's go." She said. I smiled.

She grabbed my hand and we walked back to class. Y/N is so beautiful.
