Braelyn was back. After all the years she spent in North Carolina. Before another thought could cross my mind she spoke.
"Aww Jaylynne still the jealous bitch I see. Why don't you run along and leave Izzy and her friends alone." Braelyn said with a polite smile.
Jaylynne huffed, snapped her fingers and left. Guess she's the new leader of Bry's posse.
"Braelyn!" I screamed while hugging her. "Why didn't you tell me you were coming back?"
"I wanted it to be a surprise!" she said hugging me back.
"Oh Yeah." I said. I can't believe I actually forgot my own birthday. it was September 8th. Today was September 7th. One day before I turn 18. I laughed at myself. "I forgot my own birthday!"
School was different today. I had more than one person by my side for once. Jason held my hand everywhere we went. He carried both of our books to class. It was like a dream. Until I was trapped in the traffic of the hallways. I let go of Jason's hand to push a piece of hair out of the way. I got the feeling of danger, and being alone. For once I didn't want to be alone. I wanted my friends back around me. The hallway emptied out, and I was left alone, trying to quickly get to class, but i was stopped by Jaylynne.
"What do you want?" I asked somewhat steadily.
"Oh I just wanted to let you knw that Jason is mine and that he's playing you." Jaylynne said with an evil smile.
I rolled my eyes "Okay. First off I'm finally happy. Why do you pick now to fuck with me? Seond, back off!"
"I pick now becuase then I could crush you. Turn you back into the loser you were before." She said with a "duh" tone.
As I tried to walk away she grabbed me and pulled me back. She slammed me into the lockers. I waited for the familar sense of pain to come....It didn't... I heard screaming and yelling but I didn't dare open my eyes. I kept them closed, and slide down the lockers.
