Nettle is one of those plants that you want to avoid touching with your skin due to the plant's juices that causes an itchy rash , which can be cured by putting baking soda on the affected areas and leaving it there until the itching stops.
Nettle is also a herb which has properties that are helpful for proper circulation of the blood. This plant can be made into a tea, but if you are going to attempt harvesting fresh Nettle, you might want to put on some gloves. It is commonly found in shady areas such as the woods, it can also be found in your backyard. The best way to preseve this herb for future uses is to dry it on a drying rack or hang it tied to a clean piece of string in a dry place.
