Chapter 7

Harry's POV

I was exhausted after this month finished there was so much that happened. For example Damien decided to introduce me to the vampire council which was rather disastrous.

We had gone to an old church that had been abandoned for many years by the looks of the ditiriating walls and rotten pews leading to the the crumbled alter. The irony of the fact that vampires lived in a church made it hysterical. Damien had grabbed the leftovers of the alter and moved it to the side leaving a trap door of steel behind. He had yanked it open and jumped down it without a second thought, so I had to trust that he wasn't that stupid as to go into a trap which was quite hard due to the carelessness he has on the battlefield.

I had waited for a second before dropping down with my legs bent to lessen the impact of the jump which just happened to be six floors of car park. It was like falling through the rabbit hole that led to a wonderland well a morbid version of it but still it was ridiculous. The moment I landed I straightened my suit and kicked Damien on the backs of his legs making him fall to the floor. He had grunted but stayed knelt and waited for me to calm down from his foolishness.

There were others around staring in wonder at me as I grabbed the scruff of Damien's hair and pulled it till he looked at me. I had switched my eyes back to its natural state and gave him a warning glance then let go.

Those others were transfixed on my every action and had driven me in a corner called annoyance. I had hissed like a little kitten from Damiens point of view and scared them witless like little children without a backbone. They ran with there vampiric dignity ruined, it was rather laughable.

I had signaled Damien to get up and he went over to the grand doors to the left of me and knocked. I sighed because of the sudden change in his demeanor made him look like a prissy prince. It didn't help that my nerves were frayed from his lack of speaking. As he stepped in the room he had made a come hither motion and I followed knowing all too well this was going to try my patience.

And it did, they questioned me over and over again I couldn't believe the fact that they thought I would kill anyone just for blood when I had great control around everybody that I work with. But eventually they gave me permission to go to Hogwarts however they are going to demand that Damien stay with me just in case something happens.

After the triad had silenced and dismissed us I found that we could have just taken the elevator down instead of jumping like a bunch of ruffians. I had slapped the back of Damien's head and caused him to go flying into the elevator before following.

For the whole trip home he had moaned in pain and kept complaining until I had said "if you don't shut up, I make sure you lose your reproductive organ for all of eternity" which seemed to shut him up straight away.

My learning curve has been going well too. I have mastered the use of my wand and can even manage to do something's without my wand. It is rather laughable that my wand is the brother of the accursed He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. At first my magic was untamable and wild meaning I constantly broke the windows when trying to cast a simple charm. From what Cameron has shared, my magic core is fluctuating due to my inheritance that allowed all of these creatures to settle within my body.

My core is black like no other well maybe if you take into account all the dark lords in existence however I am no way near becoming a dark lord just yet. Cameron and Primrose were aspired to teach me the dark arts considering I won't be able to learn these at Hogwarts and every time my toes dip into that sea of darkness I can't help but want to dive in and swim under the water to the very depths and unimaginable darkness that lies ahead. The dark arts are truly consuming for everyone, though Occumalancy helps me control my emotional state better than letting it wither into insanity.
