Lestat My Dark Angel (Book One)

Club/First Meeting

I woke up and my vision was blurry so I rubbed my eyes and I suddenly remembered "the journal" I wispered I checked under my pillow and it wasn't there I started to panic then I got up and look under the bed I signed on relief it was there I checked and made sure all the page's where there it was all in one piece.

I put the journal in my drawer and went to the kitchen its Sunday "hey clary" I said "hey here's breakfast" eggs and ham except they were green "Clary" "yeah?" I gave her a look that said 'really' "what can I say I love dr. Seuss" she said I started to eat.

"Hey there is a club that is right around the corner I was wondering if you wanted to go" she asked she was much more better is to where she can look after her self again now and her wound was healing slowly and had a bandage over it when she was a sleep I would put medicine on it and told her not to mess with it and not to take the bandage off it and not look at it she found that odd but still listened.

"Sure" I said "ok I want you bathed and dressed by 8:30" she said she was about to walk away but turned back to me "and dress up like a vampire too" and she left and I started thinking Lestat might be there and after I read his journal to his true self there was something else besides him being a vampire.

I thought about his words again 'my teacher left me to my darkest years' thats it he was lonely when Marius left him he had no one to hold him he had survive on his own....hours later it was 8:00 I took a shower 10 minutes later it was 8:10.

I got a black long sleeve shirt with a leather jacket and black pants and black and brown leather boots and did my make up I used black eye liner and mascara and dark red lipstick.

I was ready to go I meet with Clary and I saw a man with her I walked up and saw it was Sam "I hope you don't mind I asked Sam to join us?" she said with a look that said 'I'm in trouble'.

"Of course I don't mind" belive me or not but I felt safer knowing she was with him no matter how much he scared me I didn't have to worry separating with her cause I know all they will do is make out the whole time we are there.

We arrived at the club but before we got to the door Sam handed me and Clary our fake ID cards sometimes he can be really cool I knocked on the door and a man opend it we showed him our fake ID and he let us in.

Before I could go in a different direction Clary said "we go home at 11:30 but if one of us wants to walk home early call one of us a tell us" she said "yeah yeah" I said going my way the music was loud I walked passed three pale people two males and one female they all stared at me.

As I walked by I saw a women and a man on a couch the man had his head back and the women's mouth was in his neck I didn't know what she was doing until she looked up at me with red eyes and blood on her lips 'oh crap' I thought Clary had brought us to a vampire club I just hoped that Clary stayed close to Sam I got scared of the girl and turned around and my eyes widened.... I saw him....Lestat he was standing by the wall with his head down and his arms crossed over his chest as before my eyes refuse to move he looked up in my direction and his eyes locked in mine and his lips started to pull to the side.

I looked away and smiled to myself but when I turned my head he was gone all the sudden my head started to hurt I walked over to the bar where the three vampires stood I made the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life by standing in the middle if them.

"Hi" one if the vampires said "hi" I said glancing at him from the corner of my eye "come here often?" he asked "no this is actually my first time" I answered he grabbed the collar of my jacket and pulled it down "you don't have any marks? do you have a have a host?" he asked I was scared but tried not to show it

"Yes I do and you haven't seen the rest of my body" I said "is that an invitation?" a female vampire asked "I'm already taken sorry" I said "and where is this host of yours?" a bold vampire asked "oh he's here somewhere" I answered him "hope you don't mind me asking but this host whats his name?" the women asked this time I looked at them and said the first name that came to my mind "Marius"

Lestat's POV

I leaned out of the shadows still staring at the girl 'how did she know about Marius?' I thought "sorry we don't know the guy" the blonde vampire said "of course you wouldn't he's an ancient" the human girl said I must say she was too beautiful to be a human she had wavy long black hair and wore a leather jacket and black and brown leather boots and a black long sleeve shirt she was gorgeous I wanted her.

One of the vampires spoke again "there aren't any ancients left" the bold one said the women spoke "they all turned to dust" she said with and smiled evily "unless you got him in a bottle somewhere" the blonde one said and laughed and so did the female "well I wish you good meeting" the human said "and why is that?" the blonde one asked "cause you might learn something" she said then I heard her heart start to beat fast she was scared "excuse me" she said pushing passed them I stared after her.

Aqua's POV

I ran out I was so scared I didn't care where I was going at this point I just wanted to get out of there I was running when the blonde vampire landed in front of me I screamed and turned to run in the other direction but the other two flew in my path blocking it.

"Why in such a rush? stay for supper" I looked at him scared "this will only hurt a little if you don't struggle you might even enjoy it" he grabbed me and the women tilted my head and the blonde vampire leaned down.

Before he could bite me another vampire ran up a bent his arm backwards he let out an inhuman scream the women threw me and I hit my head and fell to the floor with a grunt the women hissed like a cat then took off with the bold vampire I was breathing heavily.

"Boo" a voice said behind me I stopped breathing and turned around slowly....Lestat....it was him he held out his hand and I took it he was so cold "that was quite a performance you should be more carful" he said in a sexy french accent.

"Thanks" I said not breaking our eye contact "for what?" he asked "well you saved me I'm suppose to thank you aren't I" I said he just circled me and said "so you know Marius?" he asked I nodded slowly and shrugged.

"Yes, I maybe human but I am smart too...I know alot of things" I said "not how to stay alive apparently" he said "well I guess we both have that in common although I think I'm a little head of the race here" I said.

"I can fix that" he said taking a step towards me I backed away "your song Redeemer its about the girl with the violin isn't it?" he just looked at me "is it? And what else do you think you know?" he asked "um" I couldn't speak I was too caught up in his eyes.

"Your shaking..." he said "cold" was all I said "this cold" he lifted his hand and touched my cheek and made his way down to my hand my back was now on something hard.

He had backed up against the wall "so go on tell me more about me" he ordered "you...you want..." "what do I want?" he asked he was lifting my hand now "you yarn..." he continued to look at me I felt something sharp I grasped and looked at my thumb Lestat was pressing my thumb on a sharp rock or glass.

It was a deep cut but small "what do I yarn?" he put my bleeding thumb in his miuth and drank he was making it very hard to concentrate "to have the world at your feet and....um you want a companion to share eternity with" he looked at me "well that makes you a very clever liberian I knew I left my journal somewhere" he let go of me "your story touched me" "did it now?" I nodded "don't worry Aqua if you think your kind satisfies my thirst your wrong".

He walked away "Lestat I know something thats not in your journal" I called out to him "what?" he asked "you still have the violin after all these years you still kept it didn't you oh I understand perfectly after all I'm only human" he glared at me then flew over my head.

I stood my ground and closed my eyes and held me scream in with everything I had I opend my eyes my eyes and he was gone and I made my way home when I got inside I texted Clary telling her I was at home I took my jacket off and hung it up I was to lazy to change into pajamas I then took off my boots and went to bed.
