What's It Like? Part 2

I finally felt the ground under my feet I took a step back and end up falling in air Lestat caught my wrist and through me up in the air I came back down and Lestat caught me we locked eyes, his eyes flickered on my lips then back to my eyes he backed away "he was right" "who was right?" I asked "Marius I never understood until I met you" he said.

"I'm confused Lestat what are you talking about?" I asked "your beautiful to me because you human, your frailty, short years....your heart even as you think its breaking all that seems more precious then anything I known" he said he was behind me again I felt like crying from his sweet words.

"And if I was to die?" I asked holding needle in my hand "then apart of me would die with you" he said "I know something that is even more precious to you" I said bringing the needle to my neck "what?" he asked "this" I said digging the needle in my skin causing me to bleed.

I turned around and Lestat stepped away quickly looking at the blood in my neck his face hardened "please turn me" I said "let me be with you please let me know everything" he came up slowly and leand down slowly then pulled me away using force and I stumbled back.

"Everything... let you know everything" he said through clutch teeth he was angery now "oh I'll show you what it's like to live in the dark" he wrapped his arm around me and he ran us to a near by park he let me go and we walked I was getting excited and smiled a little 'what was he gonna do' we came to a stop and a few feet up a man and women.

"What's wrong? wha-" I began to say Lestat turned to me slowly "shhhh" he said putting his finger up to his mouth we looked ahead the man was sitting on the women's lap and leaned down and before anything happen Lestat let out an inhuman sound of breath and the man stood up his eyes flash like the moon....vampire..... He took off running.

I turned to Lestat but he wasn't there I looked around and found him standing by the lady I walked up to the " is she ok?" I asked lestat looked up and roared eyes red and blood on his lips he bit down on the women's neck "AHH AHH NO GET OFF ME!!!" she screamed she tried pulling his hair but that did her no good.

Lestat shot back up and looked at the sky like a wild animal then at me I was scared....so scared the only thing I heard was the sound if my own heart beating at a fast pace I tried to be brave but I failed "now you see are you ready?" he said walking towards me I backed away holding me arms out he grabbed my hair firmly "now do you want it?" he asked.

I wasn't looking at him "no" I whispered "WHAT!?!?!" he yelled making me jump he made me look at him "DO YOU!?!?" he continued to yell "NOOO!!!" I yelled back and pushed him away with force and clutch my jaw "no of course you don't" he said letting me go.

"See this is your problem Lestat this why you have no damn companion cause you walk around her by yourself cause you don't trust nobody because your afraid that if you do they'll leave you eventually your gonna have to trust somebody Lestat go ahead a deny it but we both know im right I really hope you can learn to trust somebody and that somebody just might be me".

Lestat's POV

Damn this girl she is too smart she was right I didn't trust nobody after how Marius left me alone I didn't want to risk getting hurt if I did trust someone.

I couldn't let her know she was right so I said "I'll never trust you Aquamarine, I'd never trust you with my life" I saw her eyes get watery everything I said was hurting her.

It pained me to see her like this but I was saying this for her safety if she thought I didn't care about her maybe she would stay out of this mess instead if trying to get herself killed.

A tear rolled down her cheek god why do I feel so guilty its not like I cared for her or...did I?... I broke out of me thoughts Aqua was still here waiting for me to continue I'm sorry ma'cherie I really am' I then the words of regret fly out my mouth "and I most absolutely...do not care about you...you mean absolutely nothing to me....nothing".

Aqua's POV

Hearing him say this was heart breaking "if you didn't care about me then you should have killed me when you had the chance or let the three vampires kill me" tears spilled and I couldn't take it anymore I ran...I ran from him...and most importantly I ran from my feelings towards him.

I ran to a near by hotel "hello may I help you?" the women asked me I couldn't speak it hurt to much I had to force myself too "yes please I need a room for a couple days".

My voice broke the women noticed and said "ma'am are you okay?" she asked "YES JUST GET ME A ROOM!!!" I yelled she looked at me with wide eyes "I'm sorry I've had a long day and just need a room, please" I nearly begged "of course just sign in your name and the name date of birth what day you checked in and what day your gonna check out" she said "fine" was all I said.

I signed the paper fast she gave me my key its the fifth floor room B513" she said "thanks" I literally ran to the elevator and push the the button with the number 5 I finally found the room unlocked the door got inside and locked the door back closed the blinds and curtains I couldn't hold it in any longer I sunk to the floor and cried my eyes out.

I cried and cried till my body went numb and fell asleep on the floor I had a dream about a women wearing Egyptian clothes and had extremely sharp fangs "you stay away from Lestat...he's mine...he will be mine...I'm coming for him" she said to me it was clear it sounded as if she was right next to me.
