Chapter 6: Never again

"LENA!" Niall bursts in the room.
The room goes dark.
I wake up and look around. I'm in my room. I look across the room and see Niall on the floor.
"Niall?" I try to say but my voice doesn't come out. I try again but my voice is gone. My mum comes into the room and tells Niall something. They look over to me, he nods and my mum leaves. Niall walks over to me. He says, "you fainted and they had to drain the fluid from your lungs. it gave you an infection, you may never be able to sing again."
I feel my eyes go heavy and I look around. The room is spinning, the tears are flowing, and I feel as if I can't breath. I open my mouth to speak but I close it back up. He leaves and I cry and cry. I can never sing again. Ever ever ever again. I rather be dead I tell myself. My mind goes back and forth. I finally decide to write a song about everything. A song that I'll never get to sing. Wait! How did Niall get all the way to my house in time to burst in the bathroom door? Did he run after me? Does he really care about me? I feel myself drifting to sleep. I let the sleep take me.

The next morning I get out of bed. I walk down the stairs and in the kitchen. Everyone is there. As soon as I walked in they all went quiet. I grab and plate of food and walk to the living room. I switch the T.V on as Harry walks in. He sits down next to me.
"I know you can't talk to me. Just know that no matter how far we are I love you." He whispers.
I turn and look at him. The blues eyes and the voice all come back to me.
Nan.....
I try to yell but nothing comes out. Harry's green eyes come back to me. He stares at me for a minute and then says, "Can we watch Love Actually?"
I nod as I turn the flick on.

That was so weird...
