Chapter 1 The Water Park

Hi I'm Lauren Edwards. I'm 16 years old. I live with my mom and older brother. Today is the last day of school. I didn't go because I mean what's the point? So today my friend and I planned to go to the water park today. She didn't go to school as well. Her name is Ellie Wallis. She's 16 as well. She lives with her dad and that's it. We both have brunette hair. I have blue eyes and she has Brown eyes. Okay that's pretty much all you need to know about me. So let's start the story.

Mom! I have to leave in 4! Could You please hurry with breakfast?! I said. I'm trying! Why don't you just grab something on the way to the water park? She asked. Okay I'll do that! Bye love you mom! I said grabbing my keys. Bye honey have fun! She said. Okay thanks! I said leaving. I got inside my car and drove to Ellie's house. Soon I got there. I got out of the car and went to the door. I rang the doorbell. She came to the door.

Hi are you ready to go? I asked. Yep let's go girl! She said. I laughed. We got in the car. I turned the radio on. The song ''Me Too'' was on. We sang along to it. Soon we were at the park. We got out. We paid to go in then we went to the bathroom to change. Ew these floors are disgusting. I said. Yeah. She said. We went to the side with showers and changing rooms. I got in one and closed the door. I took my shoes off and stood on the bench because the floor was gross. As I was taking my shorts off I slipped off the bench.

I hit my butt on the bench and fell on the floor. I heard laughing. It's not funny! I said getting up. Yes it is! Ellie said. I started to laugh too. Soon we had our bathing suits on. So where to first? She asked. Lazy River. I said. We went over to where the tubes were. We grabbed one and went down the stairs. I sat on mine. The Lazy River we were at was pretty wide comparing to other ones. We held on to each other's tube.

I decided to flip her over. I pulled her tube up and she fell in the water. I laughed my butt off. Bitchy move Lauren! She said laughing. Thanks I try. I said. Soon we got off the lazy river. Let's go to the water slides! I said. Okay. She said. There was a huge one. It was called ''The Monster''. Let's ride it! I said. Nope! She said. Come on it'll be fun! I said. Fine. She said. Only If we can get icecream after. She said. Deal. I said. We walked up the stairs. Soon we were at the top. I was first. The life guard said I could go. I sat down.

Wish me luck. I said. She smiled. I pushed my hands so that I could slide down. Ahhhhhh!!! I screamed. It was awesome. I splashed into the water. I swam out of the way. Next it was Ellie. She wasn't a daredevil like I was. She screamed so loud. Soon she splashed I to the water. Was that fun? I asked. Kinda. She said. We went to the icecream stand. I got double chocolate and she got brownie flavor. After we finished our icecream we decided to leave. We went back to the bathroom. Try not to fall again. She said smirking. Shut up! I said. I playfully punched her.

After we changed we left. She stayed the night with me. My brother was with his friends. We stayed up till 12 watching movies and eating snacks. Soon we fell asleep.
