Revelation

Chapter Four

Tube-top girl spoke again. "My name is Hexa Vortex. But the last name isn't always important, so you can just call me Hexa. If you choose to call me anything at all."

Mrs. Vals was shaking her head. "O-okay. This is getting weird."

"Yeah, we get that a lot. Even though you guys are the first to legitimately find out about us," commented the Leaf-Dress girl.

"Wait, what about Selena?" asked Ice-Princess. "Wasn't she--?"

"No, she's not important," said Leaf-Dress girl. "What is important is the fact that all of you are here now. So to sum this up quickly, I'm NONAME--that's all caps, by the way--and I can switch dimensions and MindFreeze people. This is Crystal," she pointed to Ice-Princess,"and she can freeze anything at will. This is HotHead," she points to the girl with her hair on fire, "and she can set anything on fire at will. These two have a tendency to argue a lot." NONAME glanced over at the two girls, whose backs were to each other and their arms were crossed in objection to what she had just said, but it was rather obvious to see that what NONAME had said was true. "This is Kevin," she pointed to Winged-and-Tailed girl, "and don't ask me why she picked that name. She just came up to us one day and said, 'Hey, guys, my name's Kevin now,' so that's what we've called her since. Kevin can fly--using her wings, of course--and can transform into and talk to different animals."

"Um," Mr. Becks thought out loud. "That's a lot to digest."

"Yeah, we're like that sometimes," NONAME said. "And now our name. We are the InsideOutsiders."

"So when we say we're 'inside out,' we mean it," said Hexa, finally coming down from her place in the clouds.

"Wait--what? Now I'm confused. And jealous," Madame announced. "I want to fly!" she complained.

"Oh, you want to fly, huh?" Terra asked. "Well, then you can fly." She closed a fist and the ground underneath Madame began to rise. Then Madame was standing on a floating rock at the same height as Terra's. 

"Ahh!" Madame crouched down in fear. "I should not be up here on an unstable rock like this! I have heart conditions, you know!"

"Yes, Madame. You've told Brittany and Lydia that before." Hexa let out a long sigh. "But don't worry, I'll secure you." With a gesture of her arms, there was a bubble of magic surrounding Madame.

"Ahh! Now my voice is muffled!" 

"Okay, let's go!" Terra encouraged. And the three of them raced off through the skies, Hexa leading and Terra with Madame.

"Where are they taking her?!" Mrs. Raff demanded.

"Oh, I wouldn't worry about them," NONAME assured her. "They'll be fine..."
