Ross's POV
I woke up and looked at my phone.
9:47 am, August 9, Saturday.
Shit, today I'm hanging out with Laura.
I picked out changed into some jeans, a teal-ish light blue-ish shirt and wore a white jacket (a/n: it's like that picture of him and Laura.)
I then went downstairs to see everyone up. It's a shocker because everyone usually sleeps until 11:00 am.
Ross:"what are you guys doing up so early."he said grabbing his car keys.
Rydel:"I'm going to the Maranos. I wanna meet Laura and Maia."she said as she ate.
Rocky:" Ryland and I are gonna hit up the hot girl in the chuck e cheese costume."he said fist bumping ryland.
Ross:"so your going to chuck e cheese?"he said laughing.
Ryland:"and we wanna play games and do the chuck e danc-"
Rocky:"SHHH! We are hitting on girls."he said as he place his hand on ryland's mouth.
Ross:"how about you Riker?"he said grabbing an apple off the table.
Riker:" umm I'm meeting Vanessa at the mall."he said as he got up.
Rocky:"since when you and her were a thing?"he asked.
Riker looked up and ran out the door.
Rydel:"what are you doing Ross?"she said with a smirk.
Ross:"getting ready to hangout with calum."he said quickly.
Rydel:"no your hiding something...."she said stepping towards him. "Who are you going out with today?"
Damn, how did she know.
Ross:"umm, I'm not going on a date.."he said stepping back from her.
Rydel:"let me guess, your going on a date with Laura!!" She looked at him and started jumping up and down.
Rydel:" EEEEKKKK!!! MY BABY BROTHER HAS FOUND HIS NEW LOVER!!!"she said jumping up and down.
Ross:"I don't love her ! We are just hanging out!"he clarified.
Rydel:"yeah right, you totally love her."she said walking out the door.
Ross walked out the door and drive towards the mall. He just looked around for some cool things.
*with the Maranos*
Laura's POV
I woke up and it was 10:06 am, August 9, Saturday
I quickly called Maia.
*the phone call*
Maia:"hello?"
Laura:"hey Maia, do you wanna come over to help me prepare for my hangout."
Maia:"OH YEAH!! I'LL BE THERE IN 5 MINUTES!!!"she said as she hung up.
*phone call over*
I walked over to Vanessa's room to see that she was gone already. I then walked downstairs to eat breakfast when I heard a knock on the door.
Rydel:"So I heard that your going on a date with Ross !"she said inviting herself in.
Laura:"it's not a date! It's a hangout!"she said for the millionth time.
Rydel:"that's what ross says but we all know he loves you."
I shook my head and blushed.
Rydel:"so bring me up to your room! If your going to be hanging out with him you need as much time you need to get ready!"she said dragging me upstairs.
We got to my room and she opened a box full of makeup.
Rydel:"we need to do your hair, nails, makeup, outfit?"
Laura:"I already have my outfit."she said pointing towards her clothes.
The doorbell then rang.
Laura:"that must be Maia. I'll get it. You can go get the stuff ready."she said walking out.
I walked downstairs and opened the door to see Maia. She also had a makeup box.
Maia:"well? Let me in! We need to get started!"she said inviting herself in and walking to my room.
She walked in and saw Rydel.
Maia:" hey Rydel what are you doing here?"she said opening her make up box.
Rydel:" helping Laura with her date of course!"she said pulling out some lipsticks and and mascaras
Maia:" Thank god! We'll need a lot of help if we are getting her ready!"she said pushing Laura in her chair.
Rydel:"but first you have to take a shower! We need a fresh person to work on."she said as she walked me towards the bathroom.
I took a shower and got out. I put on a Crop top and high waisted shorts and walked to my room. They put nail polish on my nails and after they curled my hair so it's in waves.
Maia:"Ok, it's almost makeup time! Before you mess it up or something, I'll get chipotle."she said as she grabbed her car keys and went out the door.
Rydel:" Do you like Ross?"she said as she curled a piece of my hair.
Laura:"he's a cool guy and all but I just got out of a relationship."she said looking at her nails.
Rydel:"but if you were ready to date someone, would it be him?"she asked.
I never thought about that.. Who would I date if I ever get over him?
