Akash's POV

Finally the day arrives. The day i will leave everyone and start my new journey.

Gloomyness overcomes me but then i try to be cheerful. This is the first time i will stay away from my family for so long.

"Akash, did you keep your towel?", chachi asks me

"Yes chachi, i have", i reply

"Akash, did you keep all your IDs?", dad asks

"Ya dad", i reply

"Even your Aadhar card?", chachu asks

"Oops!", i look at him embarrassed. How could i forget such a important document

"What is train arrival time?", disha bhabhi asks

"Its 5 pm in the evening", i reply

"Its already 10 am. I guess, you should complete all your final packing, have lunch and then take some rest. Because in train you cant sleep. Right?", disha bhabhi speaks

"Yes. You are right", i reply

Mom checks my bag again, while whole family questions.

"Handkerchief?", divya asks
"Done!", mom replies

"A formal coat?", dadji speaks
"Done!", mom replies

"Umm...what about akash's medicines?", dad asks
"How can i forget them!", mom speaks while all of us nod

Finally, my packing is done. Divya looks very sad, all of the family members look.
It will be very tough to live without them.
I will miss home cooked meal, those crazy cousins time, those sunday sports, those amazing family trips, everything!

After lunch, i head towards my room to take some rest.
Suddenly mom comes to my room.

"Akash, i want to talk to you about something important", mom replies

"Yes mom tell", i speak

"Umm...beta. this is the first time you are going to stay in hostel and stay away from us for so long", mom speaks

"Hmm...yeah", i nod

"Beta, the world out there isnt very beautiful. People outside are not like family members. They can be mean, evil, selfish. They will try to harm you, sometimes try to bring you to wrong path", mom speaks

"Hmm..", i reply

"Beta, all i want to say is that...always focus on your studies and stay away from wrong people. And never follpw any wrong path. You are my perfect child. And i know you will stay so. I have heard that your college has two types of students. One is your kind, who are there due to their merit and scholarship while other are those rich brats kind of kids. Stay away from those rich brats. Ok?", mom speaks

"Dont worry mom...i understand your concern for me. But i assure you, i will stay away from donation kids. And i will focus on my studies only. So dont worry. I will never do anything that will embarrass you ok?", i assure mom

"Ok...and akash, dont make girlfriends ok?", mom speaks

"Mom!..i never made and never will...ok?", i reply

Mom kisses my forehead and then leaves the room. I lay on my bed and soon sleep overtakes.
After few hours my sleep breaks and i find disha bhabhi shouting.

"Finally akash, you woke up!..its 3 pm!..go, get ready!..or else you will miss your train!", disha bhabhi speaks

"Ok!", i freshen up quickly and then head downstairs.
