[Main Town in Magnolia Kingdom]

"Got'cha!" Natsu carry his kitty, named Happy. "Don't run off like that." He rubs his head gently earning a purr from the kitty.

Everyone in the town gather to see the royal bloods getting back from other kingdom.

"You wanna see the prince, Happy?" The kitty meowed and Natsu replied with a big grin on his face.

He and Loke are back from their own town but his friend didn't went home to his own town, Loke said he visited his childhood friends- he didn't mentioned who are they though.

Natsu on the other hand, spend his time with his big brother Zeref who's staying in their home but soon will join him in the palace, wanting to have a position in the future too- Natsu wants to become a knight just like their father, Sire Igneel- while Zeref wants to become a strategist or something, he just wants to be with his little brother.

Natsu and Zeref have a strong bond.

The people starts shouting 'Welcome back, your highness' and some of them starts whispering 'It's the royal family!' Or 'Look, the prince!' And etc.

Natsu crawls with Happy on his hand, too many people and he can't see the prince since the people are so much taller than him.

Confetti all over the place, some of it are rose petals- welcoming the royal family, they're in a grand carriage that so big and Natsu think that six people can fit in there.

It is made of gold, he thought- soldiers all over the place for the royal bloods protection.

He saw the prince facing the Queen and the King but Prince Gray look outside and their eyes met, the prince smiled at him so he smiled back.

They didn't know each other personally but they're in the same palace so Gray is aware of his and Loke's existence.

Sometimes when they were in the palace, Natsu caught Gray watching them- not only him and Loke but the other kids who wants to become a knight in the future.

They are studying to become a knight in the palace so they can be familiar with the protocol, rules and how things work in there.

Currently, there are 20 kids who are in training to become a knight someday.

Natsu watched the welcome parade till it vanished in his eyesight.

"Did you see that young lady? The prince smiled at you.."

Natsu face his right when he heard that- the prince smiled at them?

Not possible, he was sure it was him- he knows that the prince is quite a snob person and wouldn't smile easily especially if he doesn't know you.

Natsu was welcomed with a shocked face from a little girl on is side and with her nanny, he thinks.

So, she really believes that Gray smiled at her?

Should he told her? That it was not her who's the prince smiling with?

Nah, why would they believe him if he said it was him who's the prince smiling with and even if he tells them that he's an aspiring knight- Natsu is so sure that they won't believe that also.

"What are you looking at?" The girl beside him asked with a raised eyebrow on her face making Natsu snap out of his thought.
