I sighed in relief. It was a SNOW DAY!!! Sure, I'm in high school, but I don't care! I get to STAY HOME! Not to mention the snow! If we're lucky enough, it goes up to our waists!! I ran outside only to crash into my best friend, Tyler.
"HEY" he called out in his Janet voice, pulling me off of him.
"Hi!" I called back, I don't care if it annoys who ever Janet is in the slightest, I just respond like a normal person. Tyler chuckled and hugged me.
"I see Janet still has no effect on you."
"Nope! Hasn't since I was young, and she never will!" I cheered, my attitude now slowly creeping onto Tyler. I have that effect, what ever mood I'm in usually goes straight to someone, but Tyler is different. He somehow avoids the effect for so long. It's like he always has something else on his mind.
"Let's go play in the snow tunnels!" I yelled, already running to the snowy tunnels. You see, every time we have a snow day, someone builds snowmen that kinda are more builders than protecters or anything. They always build such spectacular and beautiful things, it's amazing. Tyler and I reached what could possibly be the most beautiful snow castle/tunnel yet. I grabbed his wrist and and pulled him inside. The place was surprisingly empty. We ran around like children for about two hours before stopping to rest in the Snow Ballroom. This was even more beautiful than any other part of the castle.
"Would you like to dance, m'lady?" Tyler asked, pretending to be a gentleman. I extended my hand towards him, saying "Why, of course" in my posh accent, which is quite horrible, might I add. I giggled as we danced to the imaginary music, doing fancy dance moves when Tyler would. He looked so cute, just being himself. I love it. We danced for about a half hour before the 'music' stopped, and he dipped me(is that what you say? XD). His face was less than an inch away from mine. I could feel his warm breath on my face, the sent of peppermint and cinnamon radiating from it. I gazed up into his hazel-ish eyes, my (E/C) ones getting lost. He leaned in and our lips connected. It was the perfect way to end a snow day.
