"Okay," Will said enthusiastically, getting up to his feet. "Now that you're early morning birthday present has been given--"
Anna snorted.
"--it's time to give you your real birthday present."
"Where is it?"
"You'll see. But first," he gave his girlfriend a serious look. "I'm afraid you're gonna have to take a shower first."
Anna's eyebrows scrunched in wonder. "Why?"
Will tried to give her another one of his famous mischievous, knowing smiles. And maybe throw a wriggle of his eyebrows in the mix, too. But his heartbeat seemed to speed up beyond his control. "Because we're going out for a walk."
