My family are at it again, fighting. All they ever do is fight and I'm sick of it. I quickly got out of the house before I saw them all hitting each other. My mum was out with her friends so it was just my two brothers and dad to have the war.
I grabbed my skate board and skated to the first place I could think of, Kendall's. I skate there and as I get there I don't see his car out so he must be at work. I skate to the nearest park to think. As I was thinking I wasn't paying attention. Then in three, two, one. CRASH. I bang into someone. Great... I'm really quite embarrassed now. I start to stand up when the person already has and holds out their hand for me to grab. I do a little funny giggle and grab the hand and stand up.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention." I hear the voice that sounded like angels. "That's okay.. I wasn't really paying attention either. I was just trying to get away from work for a while. I'm Logan by the way." He smiles at me brightly. "I'm Amber." I smile back. He looks at me as if I'm hiding something that he wants to know. I pick up my board and take off my helmet. "I should be going.. Family problems, but once again I'm so sorry!" He smiles at me as I walk away. Then I feel someone pull me back. He smiles. "You know considering you crashed Into me I think you ow me something... Something Like, Ohh I don't know... your phone number?" I smile at how cool he tried to play it out. I hold my hand out and he passes me his phone and I out my number in his phone. As I do I see the contact Kendall Schmidit. He knows Kendall... "You know Kendall?" Logan smiles. "Yeah, I just joined a band with him and two others." I smile. "Ohh.. Kendall didn't tell me he was joining a band." Logan smiles. "You know Kendall?" I nod my head. "We have been childhood best friends for so long. He can be really protective over me actually." Logan smiles. "I don't blame him." Then my phone goes off. "Speaking of the devil." Logan smiles. I pick up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey I was just making sure your all good and happy."
I smile because I love how he just checks up on me because he is worried.
"I'm fine Kendall."
"Good!"
I smile then Logan takes my phone out of my hands and talks to Kendall.
"Hey Kendall."
Kendall doesn't quite get it yet.
"Oh hey Logan! What you... Wait! Why are you using Ambers phone? How do you even know her!!?"
We both laugh and Logan tells him what happened.
"Ohh.. That makes more sense now. Hey can you put Amber back on the phone?"
Logan smiles
"Sure."
I grab the phone.
"You requested my voice.."
He starts to talk.
"Watch out with Logan okay. He can hurt you quite bad, I don't want you to get hurt."
I sigh.
"Kendall I will be all good. You know I'm a smart girl!!"
He laughs.
"Yeah.. But still be careful. Look I Gotta go. Can you please tell Logan he needs to come back to work?"
I smile at Logan.
"Sure."
I hear Kendall.
"Love you like a sis!"
I smile.
"Love you like a bro!"
We both hang up and I smile at Logan.
