Chapter 3

Looks like I'm going to have to walk home.. I sat down on a sopha that we have in the store and put my feet up dreading the walk.
If I'm late again.. He's gonna beat me.. Maybe even harder this time.. My eyes started to blur then I felt warm tears starting to run down my face. When did everything get so bad.. I thought to myself.
*tap tap tap tap*
I hear the noise coming from the window. I quickly cleaned the tear stains off my face with the sleeve of my sweater before turning to see who it was.
When I seen who was standing outside tapping, I felt my heart raced a little. I smiled at him and headed towards the door.

Gaaras POV

I seen her walk towards the door and let me in.

Hey. She said locking the door behind us.

Hey I replied.

Did you need something? She asked me.

No. I just thought I'd come ask if you needed a ride home.

She looked outside and back at me. If you don't mind.. She said softly while looking down.

If I did mind I wouldn't have came over here to ask you I said with a small laugh.

She just rolled her eyes. You want a drink before I put the stuff away?

Sure! I replied excitedly.

She laughed, what do you want?

Java chip I said.

Wow no iced mocha she said teasing me.

Not today I said laughing.

She quickly made two java chips and handed me mine. I handed her the $5 but she looked at me as if I was stupid.

It's on me, stupid. She said laughing after.

Oh shit! Ok thanks! I said drinking my drink. You ready? I asked her.

Yes she replied.

Alright lets get going. I held the door open for her letting her go first as I checked out her ass. Not bad I thought to myself. I closed the door and she locked it. We need to go to my shop real quick.
Your shop? She said rasing an eyebrow.

Uh yea? C'mon I said grabbing her hand and walking towards the tattoo shop.

I walked in and seen my brother waiting for me.
Where have you been! You just left while I was peeing and I got kind of worried. Oh? Who's this you've got hiding behind you. Kankaro said walking behind me looking at Hinata curiously.

Nice to meet you Hinata he said shaking her hand. Nice to meet you too she said smiling and shook back. About time Gaara made a friend.
Hinata just laughed and looked at me.

Yea yea bro calm down he said sitting on the black leather sopha. What are you guys up too?

Im going to drive her home. Ill be back in about 15-30min. Hold down the fort!

Yea why do you think I'm always there. And he's nice because your cute. I laughed then blushed quickly after realizing what I just said.
You think I'm cute? She said looking up at me with her big beautiful lavender orbed eyes smiling.

I turned more red and scratched my face.. Oh.. Wel.. I think that you're beautiful actually.... I said looking away.

She blushed, well you're not tok bad yourself. She said looking down and smiling.

We walked across the street to my car. I opened her door and we drove off.

We reached her house and I opened the car door and let her out behind the wall in front if her house to avoid a fight with that guy.
Thank you Gaara she said smiling.
No problem kitten. I replied smiling and watched her walk past the wall. I got in my car and drove off.
5 min. Away I then realized that she forgot her purse. Oh shit! She probably needs this for tomorrow or something.. I cant not give it to her.. That guy and I might get into a fight but oh well.
I quickly turned around and headed back to her house.

Hinatas POV

I walked inside my house and it was quiet and dark.

I walked around thinking maybe he left to the store to buy more alcohol.. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a cup of water.

My-my purse!! Oh no!

Where have you been. I heard a deep angry voice from behind me. Next thing I knew I was on the ground and he was on top of me with his hands around my neck.
You're not wet. So how did you get home! Huh!!

I was gasping for air but all I felt was his grip tightening. He slapped me twice.
Answer me bitch!!
M-my friend g-gave me a ride h-o-ome.. Trying my best to speak. He released and I gasped for air trying to catch my breath. He kicked me in the stomach over and over each time a little harder. He stopped and walked to the hall way as he heard a voice come from the front door .
Hinata? Uh.. You left your purse in my car.. A deep voice said.
Sauske heard what he said and quickly turned towards me.
You stupid bitch! You just dont listen do you! I got up and ran to the other side of the kitchen. He started chasing me.
GAARA!! HELP!! I cried out trying my best to escape Sasuke's grip. I felt a fist hit my face and a sharp pain run through it..

Gaaras POV

That's Hinatas voice! I ran into the door over and over until I broke it. I ran to the screams coming from the kitchen. I formed a sand fist and sent it charging into that bastard that sent him flying. I quickly ran to Hinata picking her up and putting her over my shoulder. I fucking knew it I said to myself..

I looked up and that bastard wasn't there. I looked around not letting my guard down. I felt blood running down my shirt soaking it. Fuck.. I have to get her out of here! I heard a voice coming from outside. It said..
"Since you two always want to be together then you both will die together!!!"
CHIDORI!! A bolt of lightning hit the house spearing it like a fish. Next thing "FIRE BALL JUTSU!! He set the whole house on fire making it go into a blaze.
This guys nuts.. I quickly made a sand shield around us and ran out placing Hinata away from the fire.
This guy was drunk and angry but still was wobbling everywhere. He fell to the ground exhausted and that's when I got my chance.
SAND TSUNAMI! I got him!
Now SAND BURIAL!! Blood gushed out of the sand leaving his body laying limp on the ground. The cops came and I told them everything that happened. They rushed Hinata and Sasuke to the Hospital. I wasn't charged that night. It was self defense that they put down.
After I talked to the cops I quickly rushed to the hospital to check up on Hinata. I arrived and they gave me her room number. I felt my body shake from everything that happened as I walked to her room. I opened the door and she was sleeping.. I got closer to her and seen her body.. It was bruised and marked with scars.. Her face was bruised to where it looked like someone got purple and green paint and just drew on it.. This poor girl.. I felt my heart break and stomach turn at the thought of someone hurting such a petit girl..
But then I felt a jolt of anger and hate run through my body. I quicky walked out and found out where this bastards room was. I made my way in and his right arm and leg were broken. Three of his ribs were crushed.
I felt nothing.. No regret. His eyes opened quickly. Im going to kill you! You sand freak!
I quickly grabbed his throat and squeezed it he started to gasp and the monitor started beeping rapidly.

Im warning you now you sick fuck! You ever come near, call, or even write her I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU!!! And this time I will make you suffer. Ill do sadistic things that will haunt your grave. And if you don't believe me. I dare you to try it. I felt my crazy side start to come out. My eyes wide open and pupils as small as an ant I had a joker smile and I could feel the blood lust beginning. I released his throat letting him gasp for air.
Who are you.. He said with fear.

And I am not afraid to kill you. I whispered in his ear. Giving off a sadistic laugh.
