Kera and Noah ran as fast and as quiet as they could. Instead of going towards the woods like Kera thought they would, they went south of the stream that ran through the village. Now they have ran so far away in the pitch black night they couldn't even she the lights in the village so Noah had taken out a flashlight so they could see were they were. They both sat down to camp for the night.
"Tyler, come sit over here" Kera pleaded as the timber wolf had come over and started curling up next to her feet and the fur on his back tickled her toes but she didn't mind because she was cold and he gave off some heat. Sleeping was difficult because of the wildlife around the stream. The swarms of birds, bugs and the few mammals' sounds louder and way more intense than in the forest.
"It must be that they all like the water Uncle" she said awkwardly because she had never called someone an uncle before.
"Yes, I had heard it was noisy but not this noisy, oh well, we'd better get some sleep if we can then, goodnight" he replied
"Goodnight". Kera hadn't said good night to someone since her mum died and her dad went "evil".
