Lost Hope

Wendy's POV:
I had just finished taking care of Gray and Juvia and some of the people that got injured during the explosion, when I walked down to where Erza and very one else was.

All I could could feel in the air was tension.

"Where's Natsu?" I said, he still hadn't returned yet.

"We don't know" Romeo answered my question "He told Happy to tell us that he would be back soon but that was over an hour ago"

I hadn't noticed that Happy had returned.

Natsu's POV:

Chains held me to a standstill. For the past hour that I had awoken I had been ragging at these chains trying to break free

Every time a particle of scent entered my nose it told me Lucy was near.
Knowing she was near and that I couldn't run to her and grab her was an eternal torment. It ate away at me slowly and painfully.

The room was dim. I was boxed in by ash coloured bricks and all that lit the room was a powerless lacrima

Happy's POV:
The only thing good about this day was that Carla came and sat next to me.

I missed Natsu.
I missed Lucy.
I missed us all together.

Natsu should have been back by now, he promised me and Natsu never breaks promises.

"I miss Natsu" I said very quietly. I was pretty sure nobody heard me.

Until Wendy crouched down beside me and pulled me into a hug.

Her hugs were warm and they made me feel special.

Erza's POV:

"Shouldn't we try and look for Natsu?" Romeo said. Romeo looked up to Natsu so it was typical that Romeo would want to find him so eagerly.

"Not until sunrise Romeo, it's. Too dangerous" my words were harsh but true I trusted Natsu and if he wasn't back by sunrise we would go and hunt for him.

"What if he's in danger now though" Romeo was insistent and very impatient.

"We can't Romeo we have to trust Natsu" Mira's voice came into the conversation. She always sounded really reassuring so that might stop Romeo's never ending questions.

Juvia's POV:

I woke up in the soft infirmary bed. It was cushions really well the only thing it lacked of though was my Specially designed Gray-sama cushions.

I started to look around the infirmary to see who else was caught in the explosions. I noticed my Gray-sama to the right of me, sleep softly.

He was sleeping on his side, his arm was hanging off the bed and his mouth was open ever so softly. It melted my heart to see how adorable he looked right now.

Gray-sama always looked perfect 

The only other person that was caught into the explosion was Nab. It seemed he was actually leaving the guild to go out on a job. Seems the he cannot now.

My body ached. I sat up and tried to get out of the infirmary bed. I very slowly put my bare feet onto the ground and used the mattress as a support to help me up. I felt a sharp pain run up my leg 

That's where i must've got hit.

I stood up and headed for the door. I limping drastically but I needed to know what was going on.

I headed back to where the explosion was very slowly and it was very painful. Everyone was huddled round Erza. Gajeel, Levy and Lily was at on the table behind. Mira was bringing drinks over to everyone there. Cana was sat next to barrel which was on top of one of the tables. Bisca and Alzack were sat on a bench while Asuka ran around in a circle pretending to be a butterfly. 

Even in this time of sadness everyone has a smile on their trying to make the best out of a bad situation.

Happy was sat next to Carla. Happy wasn't with Natsu. In fact I couldn't see Natsu anywhere. 

As i approached them, limping, I noticed Erza had a very stern look on her face with a map of Fiore out in front of her. A coloured pin was placed on the map where me and Gray-sama got attacked. 

"Where's Natsu" My voice was quite but everyone heard it well. All the attention was on my now.

"You should be up Juvia you're still hurt" Wendy said. She was right but i couldn't stand just laying there and doing nothing to help whatsoever.

"He hasn't returned yet" Erza's voice was cold.

"Don't you think we should go out looking for him, he could be in some sort of trouble, what if that man has got him, you know the same man that attacked me and Gray." My voice started to sound panicky.

"I said that we should go and look for him but you just told me to wait"Romeo said to Erza.

The sun was starting to rise and all of out heads peered toward it. 

"Mira, Gajeel, Sting and Rogue" Erza then stood up, her voice still as cold as ice "Lets go" 

They all left the guild going to search fro Natsu, Frosch and Lector stayed behind and they were sat with Happy and Carla.

"Levy?" I started to limp over to Levy but she didnt hear my voice. I noticed that her eyes were fixated on Gajeel walking out of the guild.

"Levy?" I said a second time. I sat down next to her and her head turned towards mine.

"Oh hello Juvia?" Her voice was surprisingly chirpy.

"Where's Master?"

Her face went blank.
