"I can show you the world... shining, shimmering, splendid..." Dean cautiously approached the movie room where the singing was coming from. He pushed the door open to find Cas in a blanket nest on the couch, eating popcorn and avidly watching Disney movies.

"Cas, why are you watching Aladdin?" Dean questioned. Cas tilted his head to the side and continued watching the screen.

"Dean, the carpet is obviously an intelligent being. He doesn't need Aladdin for anything. Yet, he chooses to let them ride him like a horse. Why?" Cas mumbled.

Exasperated, Dean said, "I don't know! Maybe he gets off on it. Don't apply logic to Disney movies, man."

"I agree. But this song has gotten me thinking..."

"Cas, whatever the fuck it is, don't." Dean tried to fend Cas off, but was helpless against the angel's superior strength.

"I can show you the world." Cas whispered as he pressed two fingers to Dean's forehead.

When Dean opened his eyes next, he was in the middle of a bustling crowd. He frantically scanned the crowd for Cas, but could see no sign of him.

"Cas, what the hell man?! This isn't some fucking joke, you asshat!" Dean shouted. He glared at the people around him who gave him weird looks. He felt a hand on his arm and spun, ready to yell at Cas. Instead, it was a little old lady. Scratch that, little old angry lady.

"Nettoyer la bouche avec du savon, juene homme!" She spat at Dean. She gave him a light hit on his shoulder, before she scurried off. Dean stuck his tongue out at her retreating form.

"French women." he muttered, putting his hands in his pockets. He felt a piece of paper that wasn't there before. He quickly yanked it out of his pocket.

Opening it, he read...

Dean, in order to find me and get back home, you need to follow my exact instructions. I will be watching, and if anything is not done exactly as I told you, you will not get the next set of instructions.

On another sheet of paper, Cas told Dean to go to the Seine river and skip rocks.

"Fuckin angel." Dean cursed, kicking at the ground as he started to walk to the river.

When he arrived, he quickly gathered some suitable rocks, and commenced skipping them on the river. With every throw, he sent the rock skipping farther, and with every rock, his anger at the angel became less. By the time he felt a slight weight in his pocket, he actually found that he was enjoying himself.

The entire day went by in such a manner. Dean would be given a set of instructions, he would follow them to the letter, and then he would receive a new set. Gradually over the day, Dean found himself relaxing and actually laughing.

He was enjoying himself so much, that when he got the set of instructions that told him to go to the Eiffel tower and find Cas in the crowd to go home, he found that he didn't want to go home just yet. Course, he didn't say this, but slowly made his way to the base of the tower. There, he found hundreds of tables set up, with couples at every one. He looked for Cas, but couldn't see him anywhere. He got into the elevator, and went up into the tower.

When he stepped out of the elevator, he found a path leading him to a luxurious room situated looking out on the city. Dean entered the room to find Cas sitting quietly at a table. He looked up.

"I figured you would want more privacy in order to yell at me. So I rented the room."

Dean just smiled and walked over to Cas. "Stand up." he said. Cas stood, and was effectively shocked when Dean pulled him into a tight hug.

"Yes, I didn't really want to come here in the first place. But I'm glad I did, and thank you for mojoing me here. I had a lot of fun." Dean reluctantly released Cas.

Cas smiled up at Dean before he leaned forward and placed his lips lightly against his. Dean's eyes widened, but he found himself kissing back just before Cas let go.

"What was that for?" Dean asked, feeling as though his face was just a little too warm.

"Isn't that what is customary at this tower? I have seen many people do so all day here." Cas tilted his head to the side to show his confusion.

Now Dean was certain his face was lobster red as he explained, "Cas, man, you only do that to people you are romantically and/or sexually attracted to."

"Oh, that makes sense, I suppose." Cas pulled the chair out for Dean, and then went over to his seat. The waiters brought out their food, and Dean blushed once more as he realized that they had probably seen everything. They smiled at him, and one even gestured to Cas and wiggled his eyebrows suggestively. After a while, Dean stopped worrying and just enjoyed himself, much as he had been doing all day.

By the time midnight struck in the clock tower, Dean was drunk and flirting with Cas non-stop. He even went so far as to give him a sloppy, wet kiss. Cas smiled at his friend enjoying himself, and generally didn't understand the implications of what was going on around him. The waiters had called up the chefs and kitchen crew to ooh and aah at the cute couple in the luxury room. They all giggled loudly when Dean kissed Cas.

At about one in the morning, Cas lifted Dean's arm over his shoulder and helped him out of the room. He smiled at the waiters and staff, who all giggled at him and made wet, kissy sounds. One of the waiters approached him and said in heavily accented English, "That man said at the beginning that you only kiss those you are attracted to, yet he gave you a very special kiss during your supper. I'm not trying to start anything, but my mother always said that when a man was drunk, you could be certain that he was being truthful."

Cas grinned at the man and said, "I have heard that expression before, and I agree. Also, that kiss at the beginning of the dinner... wasn't a mistake." Cas' grin turned into a smirk as the group gathered broke into girlish giggles.

In the morning, Dean wouldn't remember much of the night. He would go back to treating Cas as a strict-friends only basis. But Cas would remember that night for a long time, and that memory will be what leads him to just kiss Dean and set them up for the rest of their lives together.
