The earth crumbles

Chapter 2

Blue_dusk padded acrost the dirt path behind night. He looked happy, it was problably because he wasn't alone anymore.They reached the end of the dirt path and Night spun around to face Blue_dusk.

" are we going to travel together now"Blue_dusk asked before Night could even open his mouth to speak.

" yes we are we need each other at this moment" blue_dusk grunted, surly he didn't like the idea as much as Blue_dusk did, but he had a point.

The world was crumbling around them and they needed each other to survive. Night padded away and stopped, the trees were still standing but a few were tilted to one side.

" are you hungry?" asked Night padding to the root of a tree that stood streat.

" it's going to be imposable to fin......" but she never finish as she noticed Night pull out a stem with a leaf on it.

" these are berries, they'll fill your belly intill we can find really food " he whined.

" surely my stumick will never fill up with that" she barked back twitching her ear, "we need real food."

" don't be picky" he whined, " we will fill ourselves up soon" he paused to take a breath " but we will need to find shelter first"

" i sippose your right" blue_dusk whined looking down at the berries that lay between her paws. she nelt down to take a bite, but the earth started to shake again and she found herself following night to a town. the town looked small but partly because the earth crumbled half of it.

the earth stood still as soon as they arrived at the town. the buildings were crumbled, but not enough to crush anyone.

blue_dusk climbed through a hole in one of the buldings and her eyes had to egust before she can see night again. he lay curled up on a blanket.

" get some rest,blue_dusk" she can barly hear him" we have a long journy ahead of us"

blue_dusk instently crawled into a tight ball in the corner of the building. she lay there for a moment before falling into a night sleep. the last thing she saw was the sun slowly falling down past the mountains and vanishing.
