Today was the first day of my journey,  the first day since I decided I was sick of not having the body I desired.

I am not a 'fat' girl but I am not in shape either. I come in the skinny category but with a fat face, cellulite and fat thighs.

I want to get rid of the cellulite and get toned legs. Oh and also get rid of the double chin that is visible in selfies. (Weird, I know)

Today I walked 13.6 km at a healthy pace. I must say it was very tiring. My feet were sore by the time I started the fifth kilometer.

But I knew it was all worth it when I lay on the bed and fell asleep within seconds.

Current weight = 138 pounds.
Height = 5'7

Note that weight loss is not my target. I even expect my weight to increase as I've read that muscle weighs more than fat. I'm not sure if that is true or not. So let's see.
