You were about to do it! Cliff jumping for the first time. The water seemed so far away below you. Like a cascade of your blue, cold future. You looked up at the sky and shouted in excitement and a bit of uncertainty,
"If my "guardian angel" says this is too dangerous, he has no idea what he's talking about!"
Your brothers, Dean and Sam, were watching you from the boat. They seemed so distant. Dean cheering you on, and Sam trying to tell him to make you back out. You shout/sing at Sam,
"Can't stop me noooow! Can't stop me noooow! Cause I'm... Having a good time! Having a good time!"
And right before jumping on the last note, someone grabbed your hand. You turn around to see a strange man in a trench coat. Sam and Dean stand up quickly in the boat.
'Do... Do they know him?'
"Cas! What are you doing?!" Dean shout from the boat. Sam whispers something to Dean before looking where you were about to jump in the water. The wind died down and the water was now clear.

Right where you were about to jump in was a boulder at least two inches below the surface.

You could've died.

Your eyes widen as you jump back from the edge and hold on to the man called "Cas". He had just saved you.
"W-who are you?! Why did you save me?" You managed to stutter out in fear. You never took your eyes off the cliff.
"I'm Castiel. An angel of the lord. Your guardian angel. And I'd appreciate if you stop trying to jump off treacherous cliffs."
You gulped and nodded in agreement. Suddenly, you're back on the boat, safe.
"Who was he?" You ask Dean.

"A friend." He says in awe.
