Day 3

It was early in the morning when the soon-to-be Zodiacs woke up. They had decided the night before to wake early, so they will have more time to work and travel in the daylight. After the attack, they wanted to spend as much time they can not travelling unarmed in the night.

The signs all sat around the campfire, for it was freezing in the forest. All Dreirion students wore their coats around them along with their cloaks, as the StarKeep students only had their coats.

"What's taking so long with the fire, Nate!?" Zach asked impatiently through chattering teeth.

Nathan cuddled up into a ball as he tried his best to best to ignite the fire,"Wait a minute will you?! Starting a fire is hard when I myself can barely move my finger!"

Meghan got out of her tent with her blanket around her and sat down next to Stevie and Chase,"Well you better get that fire starting soon so we can get moving,"

"And breakfast as well,"Stevie reminded the boy,"Both the moving and breakfast will warm us up,"

Hunter growled, as he got up from his place and slightly pushed Nathan away,"You're so bad at this!" He complained and took Nathans spot. The brunette pouted, as he slowly backed next to Stevie and watched as Hunter do his job.

Not a few minutes later, the fire finally ignited and the signs got some-what of warmth.

As Nathan, Oliver and Chase made breakfast for the group, Meghan, Matthew, Acacia and Stevie discussed their next plans.

"So, exactly what were we looking for again?" Acacia asked the other three.

"Apparently, according to Chase and Hunter, it's some sort of serpent-shaped shadow," Matthew said,"Though I don't know what that will really do us any good. Like the sun could easily be in the wrong spot when we find the shadow and lead us to the wrong direction, but meh,"

"Well we have to try either way,"Meghan said,"We need to get Wyatt and Grace back,"

"And the map!" Stevie added on.

Acacia looked from Stevie and then back at Matthew,"Yeah, Stevie's right," She said.

Stevie's eyes widened in realization,"Not only that! If we find the lost city of - I'm not even going to try and pronounce it, but if we find that city, we'll be doing real good for King Ronaldo and the royal workers!"

Meghan sighed,"I hate to say this but Stevie's right,"

The bluenette stared at Meghan annoyingly,"This is the only conversation where we aren't bickering with each other so shut up and don't ruin it," Stevie bluntly told her.

Meghans eyes widened when she heard those words, but then retorted back with,"Excuse me if we start yelling at each other - which we are - it's not my fault because you're the one who started it!"

"And how was I the one who started it?!" Stevie asked surprised.

Acacia didn't do anything to stop the fight, but she glared at Meghan for yelling at one of her best friends.

"You're the one who started yelling first when I said nothing harmless!" Meghan yelled at the girl.

Both girls yelling were now standing over the two taller figures in between them and causing the attention of the other signs to divert to them.

"Nothing harmless!? You said you hated to admit to agreeing with me!" Stevie said.

"Yeah! What's so bad about that?!"

"That's like saying you don't trust me!"

"Well of course I don't why should I?! You came from StarKeep and -"
