"Honey, time to wake up!" Your mother's voice echoed through your room. You slowly opened your eyes and saw her opening the curtains, letting bright light into the room.
You grunted and turned around. It's finally vacation time, you have time to sleep in and now she wakes you up!

"I have a suprise for you!" She said as she pulled the blankets of you with a smirk. You hitted the bed with your legs in annoyance but sat up after you heard what she said.
"What suprise?" You asked, rather dumbfounded.
"Come downstairs~" She giggled and pecked a kiss on your forehead.

You putted on some pants and walked down the stairs, towards the dinner table where mother was sitting behind her laptop with a wide smile.
"Okay, you're creeping me out now..." you said as you slowly walked towards her.
"Sit down, sit down!" She pushed you on the chair to look at the screen.

It was a picture of Seoul, South-Korea. You tilted your head and frowned in confusion.
"Wow, you found a nice picture on google! Way to go mum!" You said sarcastically and she playfully rolled her eyes in response.
"I know how much you want to go there, to see the culture and learn the language..." She placed her hands on your shoulders.
"And seeing your idols, of cource~" She added.
"Yeah.. So?" You responded.
"Soo...I thought as a present for you graduating..."

'Oh that's right..' you thought.
'I graduated... It doesn't feel like that though.'

"Why not a trip to Korea?" She said and woke you up from your dream of thoughts.
"Wh... What?" You turned around to face her. Her smile went from ear to ear.

"You've often told me how you want to be independent... So I bought a trip just for you to go and explore South-Korea!" She said rather nervously.
"No way!!" You screamed filled with joy.
"You're kidding?!" You added in disbelief.

"I bought a fanmeeting ticket for ToppDogg too~" She said as she poured in some coffee for herself.
You still had to sulk everything in... You're going to Korea!

"But you have to call me everyday! Don't go out in the night and be sure to eat well..." She started her motherly rant as usual and you sighed with a smile.

"Mom, you're the most amazing mother out there!" You hugged her tightly.
"Thank you." You said sincerely with tears filling up your eyes.

A few days later.

"Tomorrow is the big day." Your father said rather worried as he folds in the newspaper he was reading.
"Yeah!" You said as you sipped your tea, still not believing this was really happening.

You know your father is worried sick, his only daughter going to the other side of the world on her own.
"You have to call us twice a day." He said and displaced his glasses on his nose, looking at you with a serious expression. You nodded quickly and walked over to him.
"Dad, I'll be fine. I'm an adult now~" You said as you hugged him.
He smiled softly at you and continued reading the news.

You went upstairs and turned on your computer, scrolling through your phone since it takes a while for your computer to start up.
