If you really want your eyebrows to grow out the first step you have to take is not messing with them. That means NO plucking, NO threading, NO waxing, and NO trimming.
I know that the habit of plucking is hard to break, but if & when you do break it it will have been worth it.
A/n: Now that doesn't mean that you can never EVER pluck you eyebrows ever again, I only mean that it would be wise not to do so while letting them grow out.
