5 MONTHS PREGNANT
Grayson's POV
Hazel is due in 2 months. I'm so excited to see my two beautiful children. Her dad and I have been getting along a lot. Hazel and I have been going to her parents house a lot lately. I didn't know that hazel's dad was a professional wrestler like that is awesome! Ethan and I used to wrestle when we were little but we don't anymore. Right now I'm at the store buying things for the baby shower next week. Hazel and her mom came up with some really good ideas for the party.
AFTER SHOPPING
Phew! I bought all the things that we needed. Hazel isn't feeling well so she is sleeping. I pay for everything and head home. I get home in a matter of minutes to see that Hazel is awake. She is sitting on the couch watching Shane Dawson on YouTube.
G- "I'm back."
H- "Hi baby. Did you find everything?"
G- "Yeah. Do you wanna see everything?"
H- "Sure."
I walk over to Hazel and help her sit up. She drags her feet over the couch. I sit next to her laying all the things on the coffee table.
G- "I found these baseballs that explode when you hit them. So I thought we can reveal the gender by you hitting the baseballs with a bat since you used to play baseball when you were little."
H- "That's really cool and how did you know that I used to play baseball?"
G- "Your mom and dad told me."
H- "Of course they did *giggles* "
We go through the rest of the things and we plan more.
SKIP TO THE BABY SHOWER
Hazel's POV
Today is the day! I'm so excited. My family is here early to help Gray and I set up. My mom is the only one in my family that knows the gender of my kids. We finished setting everything up. I go into the bathroom to put the pink powder in one baseball and the blue powder in the other baseball. I take the two baseballs and grab the bat and bring them outside. The party is going to be inside and outside.
DING DONG
People are here! I walk over to the door to see that Cameron, Aaron, and Jack are here with presents and some drinks.
H- "Hey guys! I missed you."
A+J+C - "We missed you too."
H- "Come on in."
They walk in and I show them where to put the presents. The girl presents go on one side and the boy presents go on the other side so I know what is what. I grab the drinks from them and put it on the table with the rest of the drinks. I connect my phone to the speakers and play some music.
DING DONG
More people! I walk up to the door to see Ethan, Cameron (their sister), and their mom.
H- "Hi! Come on in."
E+C+L- "Hi Hazel."
They come in and I take their presents. More people arrived. Time to get the party started.
H- "Alright everyone listen up! *pauses the music* First of all, thank you for coming. Grayson and I appreciate it very much. Right now, it's time for YOU guys to guess the genders of the twins. These clipboards right here represent genders. The first one represents girl and girl. The second on represents girl and boy. And the last one represents boy and boy. Everyone will get a chance to write their name under which gender or genders they think the kids will be. After everyone writes their name down, Grayson and I will reveal the gender or genders with a little game of baseball. Now, everyone may come up and write down your guess." Everyone got up and started writing down their guess. Grayson came up to me from behind and put his hands on my stomach. I put my hands ontop of his. My mom came up to take a picture. She is also the photographer of the day. Grayson and I kissed for our pose. We saw the flash then pulled away. My mom walked over to us and showed us the picture.
H- "Aww I love it."
G- "Same haha."
I walk over to the clipboards to see that everyone wrote their names.
H- "Ok I see that everyone submitted their guesses is that right?" everyone says yes.
H- "Ok since everyone guessed, let's go to the backyard and play a little baseball!"
Everyone started walking to the back. Some were standing and some were sitting. Everyone was outside so let's get this started! Grayson grabbed one of the baseballs and told everyone to watch!!
G- "Ready babe?"
H- "Omg I haven't hit a baseball in years but yes I'm ready."
He threw the ball and I hit it. Pink powder exploded everywhere. Everyone screamed and cheered. Grayson grabbed the second ball and threw it. I hit it and blue powder exploded in the sky. People screamed and cheered again. I walked inside and grabbed the clipboard to see who was right. I named everyone off the list that got it right and people clapped for them.
H- "Time to eat guys!" everyone walked up to the plates and silverware and began to get their food. After everyone got their food we all sat around and talked with one another. My dad got the presents and brought them to gray and I so we can open them. About 10 minutes later, we finished opening all the presents everyone gathered their things and left. That was an amazing baby shower. 2 more months until 2 more angels are born.
