Once you got to (YFR/D) you went inside with Alice and Umi. You all ordered something light since it was getting late. You ordered (YFM), Alice ordered a salad, and Umi ordered a hamburger.
"Itadakimasu!" you all said before you guys started to pig out; you all started talking about what had happened earlier.
Umi was the first one to break the silence. "So (YN), What did you see earlier?"
"Well, I didn't see anything, I just felt like someone or something was watching me..."
What felt like an eternity, Alice then replied, "Well, I didn't see anything... I think we're going to be fine!"
" Yeah, don't worry about (YN)! We've got girl power!", Umi exclaimed. "I'm positive!"
"Yeah, ok Umi!" You all laughed together. Even though their words were encouraging and helpful, it still didn't make you feel any better.
Afterwords, you all decided to drop that conversation. You guys started talking about the normal things that you would talk about. Whatever that was.
After you all finished your meal, you decided to pay for all of it. Alice and Umi thanked you. Soon after, you all decided to walk home. Your house was the last stop. You all went your separate ways. You were all living in nearby neighborhoods and split at a three way intersection. While you were walking home by yourself, you felt as if someone was following you. You ignored it and remembered what Alice and Umi told you. 'It's just my imagination, no one is there' you mumbled to yourself. Pretty soon, you were completely terrified and started to run home. Once you got in the house your parents were sitting at the dining table. They didn't notice you enter; they were talking about you. Your mother was crying and your father was upset. You caught a few of the things they were saying to each other.
"Look, I don't want her to leave either. But this is the best we can do for now."
"How are we supposed to know if we will ever see her again?!"
"Calm down. We just have to do what they say for now, okay?"
"I... just... don't want her to know."
You were hiding behind the wall and accidentally hit the table. Your parents notice this.
"Hi (YN). Your back late."
"Oh, sorry about that! I already ate dinner with Alice and Umi. We went to watch the (ASN) game after school."
"You are very lucky to have friends like them."
"Mom, why do you look like you were just crying?"
"It's nothing important. Why don't you go upstairs and take a shower? The water is warm!"
"Umm... okay."
You were very confused and trying to figure out what your parents had been talking about. Were you never going to see your parents again? What was going to happen to them? You were so lost in thought you forgot to ask why you were going to your relatives.
Once you finished taking a shower, your Mom came into your room.
"Oh hey Mom! Is there something up?"
"Oh, I just came to check on you!" she exclaimed, "You should start packing your stuff for when you leave."
"How much should I bring?"
"As many things as possible. You might stay with them for a while. You're leaving tomorrow."
"Oh, okay."
You were very confused. 'How long am I staying? Oh well, just need to pack a lot of things.' You were able to fill up three suitcases full of clothes, books, bathroom supplies, and five empty diaries to write in. You brought your phone too so you could keep in touch with Alice and Umi. You laid flat on your bed in thought. Pretty soon, you fell into a deep sleep.
