The Meeting

Luke's P.O.V.
I'm such a fool she probably thinks am a fool. I need to fix this. I need advice from my 19 year old sister, Jasmine.
"Hey jasmine can I ask you something?" I shouted walking towards her room.
I didn't hear a reply. I started to walk faster to her room. that's when I saw her in a pool of blood with a knife in her hand and a note, which am sure is a suicide note.

Why would she do this?

Tears begin to fill inside me. I took up the note, it read:

   Dear Mom, dad and Luke,
I know you will probably hate me but I couldn't take life anymore.  My boyfriend broke up with me and I just couldn't take it I felt like everyone hated me. I had to do it. I was getting bullied by lots of people at my school. Life was just getting to me.
Well I just wanted to say I love you guys.
                                     Jasmine.

I can't believe it I couldn't take it anymore I fell to the ground sobbing.  I was so torn inside I didn't even hear my parents walk into the room. They rushed her to the hospital.  We had to wait for a while before we could get the results. I hope she is not dead.  She is my sister.  I love her.  She can't die now. 

While we were sitting in the waiting room. I realised something I was supposed to meet Emily at Starbucks.  Oh my God.  She probably think I stuck her up.  I need to call her.  Wait, I left my phone at the house. She is gonna hate me. I hope she will understand. I mean I could loose my sister.

  Emily's POV
So I am at Starbucks and I still don't see him.  He is the one who asked if I could meet him here and he isn't even here. What a jerk. To think that I thought I liked him. Ugh.  I am going home. It's pass two hours already, it's getting really late.

I went home took off my shoes and changed into my pajamas, then I jumped in my bed. I just want to go to sleep and forget this day every happened.

Why would he even wanna talk to me?

No wonder he didn't come
My life is just horrible.

(**At school ***)
It was soon time for me to head to English class, which I have with Luke. This is gonna be awesome. Note sarcasm.

The bell rang and now I have to face that jerk. Why did he have to be in my class.

This is gonna be a long day. 

I saw him walking towards the chair beside me.I quickly put my bag on the chair. I didn't want to speak to him.  He furrowed his eyebrows at me. Then he sat down in the chair behind me.

"Emily, please let me explain. "I heard him say.
I just ignored him. I really didn't want to talk to him.

Luke's POV
She is ignoring me.  She has no idea what happened. My sister died they finally gave us the results,I wish she would listen to me.

I really really like her.  I wish she knew that.  And what hurts most is that she reminds me so much of jasmine.
