Chapter 25

Luke's POV
 I decided to call Emily and tell her how i feel about her,I started to tell her but my phone shut off.It was like everytime I try to tell her something happens.I stayed up all night waiting on my phone to charge.

I woke up with my alarm blaring in my ears,but then reality struck me. I didn't call Emily back. She's probably upset with me. I don't think I'm going to tell her just yet.I will just wait until she forgives me. 
  I really don't want to upset her anymore than she probably is.

Who am i kidding? I'm just stalling myself because I'm really just afraid of what she is going to say when i tell her I'm in love with her.

Emily's POV

I've decided to get over Luke,it just hopeless and a waste of time.He obviously doesn't like me. If what he had to say to me was that important he would have called me back. I decided to just forget about it.

"Hey em, did you hear the news." by the looks on her face it was something good.

"What news?"

"There's a  new boy in town and he is coming to this school.They say he's hot." she winked at me.

"And....?"I said completely dumbfounded.

"A new hot guy for you to talk to if you know what I mean?" she wiggled her eyebrows suggestively.

"I just told you last night that I'm trying to get over Luke and you already have a guy for me, you are ridiculous." I chuckled.

"So, this is a step into moving on." I hate to admit it but she's right.This will get me over him eventually.

"You're right." I mumbled..

"What did you just say I didn't hear." she chuckled.

I rolled my eyes."You heard what i said." I replied bluntly.

He walked inside the class and all eyes were on him. He looked so confident but composed.I immediately knew he was the guy Bella was talking about.He's the type of person that will stop your heart, just by smiling at you.I looked around the class there was only one seat left.

It was the one right beside me.

My heart literally stopped.

"Hey,I know am gorgeous but you can stop staring now." he smirked as he sat down beside me. Cockiness. Now that was a major turn off. I thought I really could like this guy.

I rolled my eyes and turned back to Mr. Thomas our Maths teacher.

"I heard that you sat beside the new guy."how did she even know that,this only happened like 7 minutes ago.

"Yes, what's so important about him anyways." I said trying to act calm.The truth is I was so happy when he sat beside me,but that was before I realized he was cocky.

How can someone such a gorgeous face have such an ugly personality.

I told Bella everything that happened with me and him.

She didn't even bother to bless me with words,she just laughed and shook her head.

"Hey, Emily."I heard a voice all too familiar.
I stopped dead in my track but I didn't turn around.

Should I really talk to him,I mean how am I gonna get over him if I don't stop talking to him.

I started to walk,but this time quickly.

"Emily, wait!"At that I walked even quicker.

Finally I reached to my class, that asshole(excuse my French) was in the same class as me again.

"Hey baby girl,I know I'm gorgeous but you don't have to stalk me." He said with that smirk I was starting to hate already.

"In what universe would I ever stalk you." I rolled my eyes. This guy is definitely starting to get on my last nerves.

A looked around me they were only two seats. One was beside that jerk,the other beside.....

Luke.

I most definitely don't want to sit beside Luke, but I don't want to sit beside that jerk either.

I decided to might as well take my chances with the jerk.

Luke eyes grew wide at this.

"I know you would choose me." That jerk of an asshole smirked.

"How can you be so cocky. I mean I don't even know your name!" I shouted.

"Ms.Watson keep it down please." My teacher called out.

"Since your dying to know." He smirked. " My name is Ethan, Ethan Rivers."

I rolled my eyes." My name is Emily."

As me and Bella started to walk home, I told her all everything that happened in class including, me having to choose between sitting beside Luke or Dylan.

"I knew you liked him." She chuckled.

"I don't, I only sat beside him because I was avoiding Luke."

" Excuses, excuses,excuses." She said as she walked into her house.

"Whatever, goodbye Isabella." I rolled my eyes.

"Hey mom."

"What happened today you seem..happy." Am I? I feel normal I mean nothing important happened today.

"Nothing mom, I'm going to my room." I shouted, I was already on my way upstairs.

I saw a figure sitting on my bed.
I took up my lamp. Who would be on my bed sitting down.

"Don't hit me it's just me,Luke."he was covering his face.
He looked so adorable.

"Why are you sitting in my room in the dark?"

"I had to talk to you. I needed to explain what happened last nig-"

"Emily it's time for your dinner." My mom shouted downstairs.

"Look, luke you don't have to explain, I really have to go." I really wanted to hear what he had to say but I'm trying very hard to get over him.

I finished eating my dinner and went upstairs.

He left. I didn't really expect him to be there, but a little part of me wished he was there.

I climbed into my bed, I instantly fell asleep. I didn't know I was that tired.
