Chapter 13: The battle :O

The pack sat in dead silence as the morning began to break to 9:30. It was a crisp, overcast day. The battle would start at 10:00. I so badly wished that Jacob would be here. Seth was going to switch with Jake.

Sam lead us threw the woods. Seth had left and Jacob was gone, I had no one really now.

Sam: Of course you have someone.

Me: Oh shush.

Embry: Yeah, how could you forget us??

Leah: Guys shut up.

Me: Yeah, listen to Leah.

Bella had left blood trails around the war clearing. The vampires would be here anytime soon. I could here Seth's thoughts clearly. You could also hear the yells of the vampires running at each other.

Sam: Is everyone prepared?

ALL: Yes!

Sam: Tori come in a bit after OK?

Me: Alright.

They lent back and then leaped over the rocks roaring.

I waited for a chance and watched as the Mother Cullen threw a vampire into the air. I lept out and grabbed it, ripping his rib cage apart.

At that moment I heard a familiar growl and saw Jacob. Then I got distracted with another vampire coming at me. I growled and jumped onto it. Breaking glass sounds rang threw the air as it's head flew through the air.

Suddenly, 3 of the New Born's jumped at me. I managed to throw one off of me, but it came back and pushed me down. The blonde vampire, or Rosalie, came to help and she ripped them off of me.

I ripped an unsuspecting New Born's head of with my teeth, but I became distracted. In front of me stood a girl.....my age. Her eyes were a wild crimson as she stood timidly, trying to hide behind a tree. I twisted at the scream of Alice and took down the new born that was struggling on top of her.

She was chased again, but Jasper ripped ot's arms of. I was now near Paul, who, like me before, was being harassed by 3 vampires. The biggest vampire...Emmett..? He tore one 2 vampires off Paul and then Paul bit the other one.

Deaths followed, caused by me.I was doing OK, until I saw through Seth's mind, that he was kicked and knocked out. That was when I was pulled down by a new born. I struggled for it to get off me. It was a guy, with a red sleeved shirt on. I threw him away and jumped back up.

There was only a few New Born's left, which the Cullens killed.

I was the only one that seemed to trust the Cullens enough to phase. Quil, Jared and Embry followed, but Paul, Jacob, Sam, and Leah stayed in wolf form. I couldn't handle seeing Seth hurt. Jacob growled at me to change.

Alice talked to her family about some vampires, human drinkers, that were coming. "Tell Seth that Edward needs to get here now," she called to Sam. He nodded.

Soon after, Edward and Bella arived, Seth trailing behind, Since I hadn't been in wolf form, I didn't know whether or not he was OK, so I ran to him, as he ran to me. I hugged him and Jacob growled soflty.  I walked to him, but saw the vampire I could have destroyed, running to Leah.

"Never go for the obvious kill, they'll be expecting that, and you will lose."

It began to defeat her as Edward ran to it, calling Leah to stop. That vampire managed to get his arms around her neck as I phased. Jacob ripped the New Born away from Leah and he tumbled with it. I ran up close as the vampire got a grip on my Brothers ribs.

Don't let them get their arms around you, they'll crush you instantly.

Then I heard it, the crack of his rib's and more. I leapt onto the New Born and fiercely took it's head off. I phased again and kicked it's head like a football. I turned back to Jacob as the pack ran to his aid. "Jacob you idiot I had it!" Leah yelled.

"If he hadn't taken it your neck would be broken!!" I yelled back at her. "No thanks to you! You were to busy with Seth than to save your brother!!" She shouted. I stepped forward defensively, but Paul tugged me back. "Stop being such a bitch Leah, he said.

"Who's your fastest wolf?" Carlisle asked Sam. He looked at me and I nodded, knowing I would have an important task. "Tori, go back to reservation and tell the others what happened, I'm sure they'd want to know. Also remind them that Jacob will need a resting place for me to work."

I bolted back to the reservation, not looking back. I got to Emily's, were Emily, Dad, Sue, Kim and little Claire stood.

I spoke quickly, and Emily began to grab things to take to Jakes room. We hurried over there and the others emerged out of the woods, Carlisle by their side.
