three human elements
-
negative people still have hope
hope for another's failure
failure that sadly
leads to joy
joy that no longer has meaning

darling, since when did anyone else's pain become
your source for strength
in truth it should be a place of sorrow for you too
humans together should be forces that attract
not repel
the way we use each other for our emotions
hope
pain
and strength
it is disgusting
it is simply
inhumane
