After the failure of my test I was not considered a true warrior in my tribe. So I was not allowed to be trained by my legendary blacksmith father Tecule until i finish it. Even if I finally completed my test I wouldn't of mattered.... My father and mother both went missing after a conquest to push a huge force of invading grimm. They succeeded but never returned home, they're still alive I see their aura is still present in my scroll but I don't know where they are. That was 2 years ago, after that my sister unofficially trained me and I managed to get accepted into beacon and that's what I'm doing today.
"Listen Ch'aac the tribe wants me to help in conquering some more land for farming so we have to fight some more grimm so I'll be busy for a couple months and I won't be able in contact but don't worry alright? I won't go missing like mom and dad" she reassured me
"I know it's not like it's a huge force like they fought, just cleaning the place up is all"
"Ch'aac you know I don't know what you're saying while you have your bandana on" she sighed
Guess I forgot to mention my family each has one sense missing to help them in fighting. My mom her sight, my dad his feel, and my sister her hearing. She can read lips and if she has a special hearing aid we can communicate through our scroll like a phone call directly to her brain.
I pull down my bandana and repeat what I said before finally heading out to my village landing zone where it's a flat zone and a large rock leading up to the air like a flying bus stop
Wasn't that far off the airship stopped right in front of it and I walked in. It seemed I was one of the last as after 3 more students came on the airship went in clear airspace and went faster to what I assumed beacon
I walked around and found myself looking at a tv where the reporter was talking about a string of dust theft lead by a guy named roman torchwick . I became more intrigued and went up closer to the tv, as soon as I got past the group of people I saw another student was right next to me looking at the tv.
She was a cat Faunus, while I couldn't see her ears right away I saw her tail. She wore almost all black and she seemed to like swords a lot by all the swords on her. Something about her was alluring so I decided to make conversation with her.
"So you interested in this guy too?" I said somewhat nervously as I always felt awkward with new people.
"Yeah...I guess you can say that" she didn't look at me and her voice was almost emotionless
"So uh my names ch'aac, nice to meet you"
"My name is riley" she finally looked at me and extended a hand to shake.
I smiled and shook her hand " pleasure to meet you. So hey I'm gonna take a look around the airship, hopefully see you again some other time?" I smile and give a face of confidence
She smiled and giggled slightly back " love too, see you ch'aac"
I nodded and proceeded further the airship but I heated some girl shout that beacon was in view
I proceeded to a window but a crowd of people already beat me there but luckily I was somewhat tall so I looked above them and sure enough there it was
"Beacon......"
