Elise's P.O.V.

I could not breath, and it was mind numbing to know that all i have to do is just breath in, but my body wouldn't command, i was stuck in y own little mind and all i could do was stay still. I can still hear them outside...grunting, pain erupting shouts of fighting and yet i could not breath! It was only when i could breath as my phone began to ring in my pocket, i sucked in the air, trembling from the loss of oxygen and signed with relief to see Harriet's name on the screen.

"Harriet!" I breathed before hearing her rambling on the other line of the phone.

"Elise, can you believe it! An actual fight right outside our rooms!-Wait! isn't that Lucas?" I heard her concern then i little giggle, i scrambled up, peering outside the window to see them in fact, fighting ruthlessly in the car park, meters away from window.

"Harriet, do not go outside! It's not safe! T-That man he's fighting, he-"

"hold on a sec...." She butted in before i heard shuffling over the phone then i click of a door opening, i glance around the side of the window, seeing Harriet emerging from her own room, her phone in her hand but still not close t her ear. I quickly unlock the door, shouting at her to run back inside, but it only drawled attention to myself from the two men.

"Get back inside." Lucas grunted before pulling the man into a lock hold, dragging him to his knees.

"N-No...not until you tell me what's going on." i said as i stepped inches closer to them, i pointed at Harriet to go back inside and she did as she was told, but only of course to watch from outside the window.

"I swear, if you do not get back inside in five seconds i will take you in myself." He gave a quick glare, and it was enough for me to go back inside, i locked the door again, seeing the man struggle under his hold before calming down. But it all went quiet, no one was moving, no one came out from the rooms, only the two men in the car park, I could see Lucas's body rise and fall with every breath, even from the distance, he still looked magnificent.

"What are you doing here Adam?" He roared, his hand tightening at the back of his head, making him flinch.

"How did you know who i was?" He breathed as i saw the trickle of blood seep through his nose, must of got it from a punch or a kick.

"I can always remember that smell, almost like death itself. tell me, is there others close by?" I listened close, my own breathing labouring as they both spoke...but Lucas's words confused me even more.

"No, but there will be if i give them a call. They will come here, and they will find her and take her...but you already knew that didn't you? All because of that stupid guard of yours-" He was cut short with a quick movement of a wrist, i covered m mouth, holding back a whimper as i saw Lucas turn his neck with a quick snap before the Adam's body went limp in his arm. Lucas let him fall to the ground with a thud, seeing the slight pull of a grin of satisfaction, but he glanced up as i let my whimper loose, his eyes quickly turning softening as i shudder with fright, He took thriving steps to the door until he stood in front of it, but i stayed still, he tried the door, turning the knob and to find it locked. He hinted for me to open it but i shook my head, gulping at the slight nerves burning through my skin and blood. He tsk before twisting the knob, making the metal brake and opening the door, i stumbled back away from him, my phone still in my hand.

"Elise-"

"Stay back." I whispered before bumping into the bed it self behind me, but he carried on striding in, his long legs carrying him like a god. He stopped right in front of me, giving me a swift smell of his deep Cologne, that musky smell that made my stomach churn and twist like lightening but i ignored it, i was too scared to want to feel right now.
