Chapter 11

Klaus is driving me through New Orleans, he has stayed silent the whole time.

"When will you let me speak to my family? I need to call them to let them know I am ok." I say to Klaus

"Now is not the time, your emotions are all over the place. Your parents know what you are and that is possibly why they never told you to keep you safe." He says

"So are my parent's witches as well? Do they know about vampires and werewolves?" I ask

"More than likely yes, due to your father being a Bennett I assume he has magic however I don't know about your mother." He says

"When I was at the airport you said you have people with the name Bennett who do not like you very much? Who are they and why?" I ask

"Bonnie Bennett your distant cousin and I have a complicated past, I basically destroyed some people's life's in the town she lives in but let's just leave it at that for now shall we. We're here." He says

We climb out of car and walk towards a tall building that looks like a warehouse.

"Were are we?" I ask

"A good friend of mine lives here, I am sure he can help us out." He replies with a smile

I do not know what it is about that smile but it sends shivers down my spine.

We walk in to the warehouse which has been made in to an apartment.

"Ah Marcel there you are; I want you to meet my new apprentice" Klaus says to marcel

"I'm guessing this is another one of your wicked plans Klaus? Hello I'm Marcel." Marcel says with a friendly smile

"Hi, I am Tilly Bennett." I reply to which Marcel's face changed in to a raise of the eyebrows.

"So you are the famous Witch Klaus has been telling me about. How nice to finally meet you, I assume you need something from me Klaus?" Marcel says

"Indeed. It's not that hard, I bite you she heals you simple." Klaus says pointing to himself then to me

"and this will achieve what exactly?" Marcel asks

"Well to see if she can heal a hybrids bite with her blood, we already know she can heal herself from a vampire bite and poison a vampire with werewolf venom." Klaus replies

"This girl is going to turn out quite something if she can do those things already without the magic. Sure let's try it." Marcel says

"Thank you." Klaus adds

"And what if I cannot heal him?" I ask

"Then I will just heal him myself." Klaus replies

"Ok then."

Klaus's face turns exactly how Rebecca's did the other night, sharp teeth and veins on his face however Klaus did not have pits of black in his eyes, instead his were a glowing Yellow. Although he did not seem as scary as I knew what was about to happen and I knew Klaus was not set out to hurt Marcel this was just a test.

He reached Marcel's Neck and Marcel stood there calmly waiting to be bitten.

"Just get on with it Klaus." Marcel says

Klaus then lunged in and quickly sunk his teeth into Marcel's neck before turning back to normal and moving away.

"We need to wait a few hours first, let the venom sink in and then hopefully Tilly here will be able to heal you." Klaus says

"How do I get my blood into his system?" I ask

"Well for now seen as you have no fangs yet we will just have draw your blood out with a needle and stick it in his body. But hopefully soon you will just bite your wrist and let them drink it fresh." Klaus says laughing

"That does not sound funny, it's quite disturbing to be honest. How do you know I will even have fangs?" I ask

"All in the prophecy dear, you cannot be part vampire if you have no fangs." He says winking

He actually finds this whole situation hilarious whilst I am absolutely petrified of what I am about to come. I sound like a beast not a human.

"Sorry to intrude but I think you are scaring the girl Klaus." A women's voice says from behind us

I turn around and see Rebecca.

"Don't worry love I am not here to try and drink your blood again, it took me a while to flush your blood out of my system." She says

"Sister, how lovely of you to join us." Klaus says

"Well you did put me to sleep for years Klaus, I think it is about time I re-joined the family. Just don't pull a stunt like that again or I will find a way to kill you next time." She says

"Empty threats like always." Klaus says laughing

"Marcel your looking dashing as always." Rebecca says whilst walking over to marcel and giving him a hug

"And you too, but right now I am feeling a little worse for were with your brother's venom in my system." Marcel explains

"Ah another experiment, how intriguing. Tilly would you like to go for a drink so we can get to know each other a little better? I would like to apologise for the other night, although that was Klaus's plan all along to have me bite you." She says laughing.

This is still all new to me and I can't help but feel nervous around her. She seriously hurt me and is now laughing like it's a joke, but I decide to just go with it for my own safety.

"Yeah, sure." I reply

"Very well then, see your boy's later." Rebecca says whilst she links her arm in mine and walks us to the door.
