Imgur is a image-hosting website, and probably much easier to download from than DeviantArt is. This will be short, but here we go!
Desktop
Step 1: The Link
After I finish you requested cover, you will receive a short link such as this: http://i.imgur.com/LomeZnI.jpg (In PM's, This link will be clickable.). This, in turn, will take you to a page with your cover. So after copying your link, you'll open a new tab (or page) in your browser, as shown below:

Step 2: The Download
After landing on the page of the given link, you'll find yourself in front of your requested cover. This where you'll follow the steps shown below:

Step 3: The Final (Countdown?) Step:
After following the steps in the image above, you'll get a pop-up window for your save location as shown below:
