Sierra POV
I just sat on my couch. Alex was staring at me. "What?!" I snapped. I had to figure something out. I couldn't move back in with my parents, they lived to far away. Dorm rooms were to expensive. I did not want to be homeless.
Alex shrugged. Then said; "I have an extra room. It's yours if you want." I stared at him. I had just been given the best offer if my life. I smiled and jumped him in a hug.
"God Alex! Thank you so much! Now, help me pack. It's not much anyways." I blabbed. He laughed but started packing the things I loved or wanted with me.
"Hey, S! What about this thing?" He comes into the room holding a necklace that said my name in gold. I stiffened. Blake had given it to me.
"Burn it." Is all I said. I had this obsession with burning things. He nodded and slowly backed away. Good, I was moving on. Thank god Blake didn't go to the same collage.

"Hey, Ron's coming over in a few." Alex popped his head into my new room. I was just unpacking my clothes now.
"Okay. If Ron's here I'm inviting Kayla, got it?" Kayla was my best friend ever. She was quiet around people and was the kid who stood in the back and 'ohhh'd' loudly and said 'burn bitch!' Yeah, that kid. But, feed her one dose of sugar and she would bounce on the walls; literally. She was fun and strange and I loved that about her.
"K." Was all Alex said before leaving and typing on his phone. I picked mine up and dialled Kaylas' number.
Three rings later she picked up and with a serious voice said; "It's done. But there's blood everywhere." I giggled. Oh Kayla and her ways. She was voted in high school to 'most likely go to jail for mass murder'. It was totally her.
"Hey K. Wanna come over. Alexs' place. Yeah, I'll explain later. K, see you soon." I hung up after our mini conversation which included me talking and her going, 'die bitchio!' at her punching bag. Did I mention she was a great fighter and whipped the whole football teams ass'?
After unpacking Kayla and Ron got here. I explained to them what happened. Kayla stared at me with her dead-zombie look before screaming, "What the hell man! Where'd you go last night?! You left alone with this dumb shit." She whacked the back of Rons head. Oh, poor Ron.
I scratched my neck. "Sorry. We kinda left. I wasn't feeling well. Sorry, please don't murder me." I don't think I should tell them Alex and I slept together, to many complications between the four of us friends.
"I won't. I love you to much."
I wiped a fake tear from my cheek. "I love you too." We burst into fake cries and hugged each other. Dramatic? Hell yes.
We all settled down on the couch eventually and started a movie. My stomach made dying whale noises so I offered getting the food. I grabbed some juice- none of us drank pop, to unhealthy- and some popcorn for everyone and some M&Ms for myself. I placed out snack on the little table and sat back.
The movie was long and boring but worth it. I started getting sleepy. I looked at the time. How could a day pass? I stretched and looked at Kayla; fast asleep and making dying noises. Ron was asleep as well, head in Kaylas' lap. I really should wake him so he doesn't die but I wanted some action.
I couldn't find Alex anywhere though. I looked around the flat and finally found him on the balcony. "Hey." It was quiet, a whisper.
He looked down at me. "Hey. I thought you'd be asleep by now." I shook my head no.
Then, I giggled. "Ron has his head in Kaylas' lap. I can't wait!" Alex chuckled. We fell into silence and looked up at the dark black sky. Small white lights danced and twinkled across the black veil.
I yawned. "Don't stay up to late Alex. G'night."
"Alright," a pause. "Night Sierra."
He surprised me. He only ever called me by my name if he was mad or just well, sweet I guess. I walked into his flat.
Welcome to my new house.
