Kay never liked staying in the cafeteria for lunch. She didn't know why. Maybe it was the loud, obnoxious, horny sea of teenagers that made her leave the school cafeteria everyday and instead spend her one hour lunch period on the roof. It gave her time to think and usually nobody else was there, however, today was different.

As Kay opened the door, that seperated her from the outside world on the roof, her brown eyes met the back of some tall stranger.

He was just staring off the roof into the distance of their small town. He must have been up here to think as well.

"Ahem." Kay cleared her throat catching the tall strangers attention. He turned around as if he already knew she was there.

Kay couldn't believe her eyes. This man was absolutely beautiful. No piece of artwork compared to this human being. His deep brown eyes stared back at her. The wind caused his black hair to lightly move. His tanned skin shined brighter than the sun. He looked so ethereal.

"W-Why are you on the roof?" Kay stuttered out.

"I could ask you the same thing." He spoke causing Kays heart to skip a beat.

"Touché." Kay said while walking were the boy was and standing beside him, looking out at the town.

Kay could feel the boys eyes still on her which caused a blush to creep up her cheeks.

"I have never seen you around the school before. Are you new?" Kay asked while still looking at the town.

"Yea. I'm Kim Mingyu by the way, but you can just call me Mingyu." Mingyu said.

"Its nice to meet you Mingyu. I'm Kay."

Kay and Mingyu stayed completely silent the entire lunch period.

It was a comfortable silence. They both just took this time to think. Kay thought about basic school stress and how she was going to get all her homework done tonight.

Whereas Mingyu...

...thought about Kay.
