Kays eyes widened. She could not believe the words that just left Mingyus mouth. Was he serious or was this all some sick joke?
"Are you joking?" Kay asked.
"I'm very serious. I know I sound crazy but if I didn't tell you sooner or later then it would have tortured me." Mingyu let out a small laugh.
Kay felt bad because she didn't know how to react to it. Yes, she thought Mingyu was absolutely beautiful but she didn't know him well enough to love him.
"I would like to get to know you better." Kay said.
"I'd like to get to know you better as well." Mingyu looked at her with a toothy grin and crinkles formed at his eyes.
"Lets trade numbers."
Kay handed Mingyu her phone and he handed her his. They quickly put their numbers in each others phones and then returned them to one another.
Kay looked down at her phone smiling. She had a good feeling about all of this.
"I will text you tonight but class is starting soon. Bye Mingyu." Kay spoke as she got up and walked towards the roof door.
"Bye Kay." Mingyu smiled.

Kay was now walking home from school. She was old enough to live by herself so she owned a small apartment near the school.
BUZZ
Her phone was vibrating in her pocket signaling a text.
From Mingyu:
Helloooo Kayyy ;)
Kay smiled at the text and the small flirty face at the end of Mingyus message made her blush.
